Ravine Hotel

The only good thing about this place is the view from the executive suite rooms. It's awesome. Rest everything is one star. Pathetic room service, very rude restaurant staff, very expensive yet poor food taste, suffocating lobby and games room, I can go on about the cons of this place. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Very very old hotel and any time power shut down today stay 80 time shut down any one don't know happen and call cut Reservations not talk .........................................................................................

We stayed in the valley side room. The rooms were great and the view from the room was just fabulous. The gardens and greenery around the resort is very well maintained. The restaurant meals and breakfast buffet were really very good with plenty of options. The game room needs some maintenance and swimming pool could have been cleaner. Overall a wonderful stay.

Horrible experience. 1. First of all, its a 20 year old outdated property. Not at all maintained. 2. We booked 6 rooms for family with kids. When we checked in, the rooms felt outdated. 3. On day 2, one of the ACs stopped working in room no 225, which was a larger room as we had paid for triple occupancy. The AC could not be repaired. We were asked to shift in a smaller room which we had to as there was no option 4. The swimming pool was not at all maintained and was dirty. On day 1, it was completely dirty and we were told that it will be cleaned. However on day 2 the situation was the same. We had 5 kids who wanted to go in the pool. Seemed like waste of our money. 5. The restaurant- on first day on lunch we were told that Chinese food was not available as chef was on leave. This is not what you expect when you go in a so called star property. You got to have backup. The breakfast time was 8 am, but even at 8 am they were areanging things as breakfast was not ready. 6. The washrooms were very small. A medium built adult would hardly be able to stand. 7. They are 4 tennis courts which noone uses. The owners still seem to be living in their past glory. Its a 20 plus year old property which has not been maintained well and the owners /***ager was completely unapologetic about it. I strongly suggest those who are reading this, to skip this property. Im sure you will thank me later. Dont go by the pictures of bollywood stars on their website.

View is excellent ...magical even. Food and breakfast is good. Huge property which has tennis courts. Lots of Greenery and nice place to walk around. Owner is very kind and courteous to make us feel comfortable. Pool was not clean and gaming area was not functional. Also bathrooms are small and not well lit. Bathing area should be demarcated from the rest as water fills everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani. It is at a great location and a must visit to experience the valley view from the room, their great hospitality and greenery around the place. The staff were all super nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The owner is such a down to earth guy. Came over to chat with us a couple times and really made the place feel homey.

Our stay at Ravine was fabulous. The Rooms were well maintained and had very nice valley view.The food at melting pot restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful. The Gym and indoor games facilities are good. Only one thing which was not done on time was room cleaning. Rest all good.

The stay at Ravine Hotel, Panchgani has been exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we enjoyed a lot at the property. The location is at its best. The pillows are best, there is no need to do any adjustment for the same. they are most comfortable, supersoft, light weight, neck and spine are well supported for relaxed and trustful sleep

Had an amazing stay at this property me and my friends had a total blast. Staff was very helpful especially Rohan he made sure i had a comfortable stay and definitely made my stay here more memorable.Really thankful to him for helping us out.If you guys ever stay here ask for Rohan he is the sweetest and will help you out.
