아기랑 잘 놀아주고요
특히 카약 태워주는 직원과 수영장 안전요원이 친절했습니다
카약 재밌습니다
스노클링 하면 불가사리 볼수 있어요
수영장 넓고 아기 수영장도 좋아요
키즈 스테이션은 사이즈는 작지만 5세 이하 아이들은 좋아할 꺼 같아요
조식은 안 먹어도 크게 아쉽지는 않아요
하지만 저녁에 주문한 땅콩소스 해산물 요리는 맛있어요
순살 치킨과 치즈소스도 훌륭했습니다
셔틀 타고 알로나 비치에 내리면 맛집천국 이네요
셔틀 버스 시간 맞춰서 운행 됩니다
셔틀 노선 이라면 다른 식당 앞에서도 세워 줘요 ex) 빠우
체크아웃 후 택시 요청이 제대로 이루어 지지 않았습니다
Make sure 해 달라고 여러번 요청 했으나 택시 오퍼레이터의 실수라고 변명해서 많이 아쉽네요.

Secured!! Love the Rec Room. My teenagers enjoyed it.
The food selection wasn’t the greatest in the Bridge restaurant however we still had a great time.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and extremely accommodating staff. We would like to give a well-deserved shout-out to Ann from the dining area, Jane and Charlie from the reception area, and the security head along with the assigned personnel in the Kayak area, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. We will be returning to this resort as our kids loved the facilities and the staff's generosity."

All staff were friendly and services such as shuttle, kayak and snorkeling were excellent. The scenery is also very good too. The food, however, was a little salty.

There were termites in our bed. I complained and requested for a room transfer but they didn't seem to care.

everything was excellent. the people were so good and polite. the service is one of the best ever. the porters, the desk, room service, clinic staff, lifeguards, the restaurant staff all were above standard. a special mention to Jane from the front desk, she gave us superb service . this is not our first time at the hotel and yes... we will be back... keep it up
