酒店硬件不錯，純純度假酒店，用餐也很豐富，在塞浦路斯小島上算是不錯了。確定是離拉納卡機場比較遠一百公里左右，打車也得一個多小時。

Where do I start it is the best place in cypress to stay myself and sister have been back 3 times and there will be a forth all the staff are amazing. Mr and mrs managers are the best Greta we love you…..George, Jonny, nicky and Jenny just a few of the fantastic staff who are always there to help and make you feel as part of the sofiana family….if you are looking for a family feel then I suggest here. Great food, fun, pools and clean. See you again soon cypress.

Amazing stay… pool areas lovely… food was really good and plenty of choice… hotel is minutes away from bar street.

Although the hotel is ranked as 4 stars the stay did not feel like in 4 star hotel Service at the reception was disappointing to say the list ans also the cleaning staff were rude

very basic hotel. we were disappointed as we expected something extra from a 9.0 rated "resort and spa" hotel. we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, two adults and a baby. the good things we were happy about: very family friendly hotel with a nice kids club and baby pool. great crib for the baby provided upon request! our room (deluxe) was big, the bedroom was separated from sitting area so we could put the baby to sleep and stay in the living room. fridge in the room was big compared to other hotels. we stayed on an "all inclusive" - the food was nice and the variety was good. we especially liked the marking on each dish mentioning allergies! the not so good things we were disappointed from: first the location of the hotel is very misleading it seems like the center but actually it is surrounded by old living buildings and creapy alleys - not the nice part of pafos. also there are constructions that really damage the way to the beach. the bed and sofa were horrible! we had backaches all day. the sofa had an itchy fabric and it was gross to sit on. the view we got was to the trash bins and laundry so we didn't use the porch at all (i would mention the staff offered us another room with better view after two nights but it we decided not to move because of the baby). room design is old. there were no small shampoo due to "eco friendly" and they change the towels (which was not so nice) once in 2 days. we paid 310 usd per night-this is not a cheap hotel, not value for money.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It is immaculately clean and looked after and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The guest relations manager Greta is an absolute asset to the hotel. We had a slight issue with noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) and Greta could not have been more helpful. We were able to move rooms and she checked in with us everyday when she seen us around the hotel to make sure we were happy which we were. I am not usually a fan of going all inclusive as I am usually weary of buffet style food. However, the food was great every single night. Different theme each night and the food was so fresh. You are able to see the chefs cooking the food in front of you and replenishing it regularly. The head chef is always around the restaurant chatting to people and making sure everyone is happy. I will definitely return to this hotel as I have never stayed anywhere before that has made me feel so welcome. Thank you

Lovely clean spacious rooms Good food Plenty of places to relax and to swim. The local area is very nice lots of places to eat. Friendly staff Spa is exceptional value. Lovely staff. Very relaxing and calm.

The hotel was very clean as was pool areas and restaurant. The food was very good especially the puddings delicious complements to all the chefs and restaurant workers and bar staff who were all very helpful and worked really hard. I had top floor room overlooking the pool. This was a bit noisy sometimes as people were drinking in the outside bar till 1230pm.( but they were on holiday so I ignored this) Three things I personally was not happy with the gym did not open till 10 am. You could not swim till after 10 am , this was a personal thing as I like to get any exercise done in the morning. I went out early your very close to the harbour can walk /run along the coastline. Lastly no courtesy rooms available for late check out ?..… for 4 star I thought this very poor they offered one Shower room outside poolside if this was in use you would not be able to use it. I paid 80 euros for late checkout keeping my room till 6pm I did discuss this with two of the staff { ladies ) about this and they said they would take this on bored. ( let’s hope they do) And they did offer to give me my money back and a curtesy room, I preferred to keep my room on. One of the staff did say the reason they did not supply Curtesy rooms was that you could use your All inclusive band till you leave? I have never had to hand my band in on any of the hotels I have stayed at and I have been visiting Cyprus for many years and seeing as I arrived there late evening (so lunch and dinner were finished )this seemed a bit of a lame excuse… hotels should look after their guests from start to finish this way they will return.

Positives: Cleanliness of the whole hotel Food choice and variety was excellent. The restuarant was clean and the food lay out was organised and always looked appetising. All staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. A couple of the waiting staff were particularly friendly and kind (didn't get their names) also the chef making the "best eggs in Paphos" - always so smiley and happy. The lady serving behind the pool bar (snack bar side) was lovely. Reception helped us when ordering taxis. Negatives: Entertainment - the team work hard rehearsing shows (however we didn't get to see these shows, possibly they are rehearsing for later dates in the season). Activities are advertised on the board but they don't really come around the pool to try and engage anyone. Maybe this will change as the season progresses. Sunbeds - so uncomfortable. They are made out of a very thin material and there is a big gap between the back rest and the base. The arm rests are metal and get too hot to rest your arms on comfortably. Overall a good stay for the price we paid.
