Paphinia SeaView Apartments

Let's start with the good points. The location, view is excellent. The balcony is big enough to accomodate 2 sun beds, a small table and two chairs. The aircon is both efficient and included in the price, just take the one key out with you and leave the electric dongle thingy plugged in to come back to a nice cool room. The wi-fi is also included in the price, always worked. The fully equipped kitchen meant that we could pop to the local Sainsburys and have a home cooked meal. A Washing machine and tumble drier was a godsend, we probably could of gotten away with just taking 2 or 3 days worth of clean clothes. We requested a airer and within 30 minutes or so we had one. A fridge freezer was very welcome as was the small small kitchen cleaning pack. We arrived early hours and the key safe system worked fine. Now the *******. We could not get English television channels, although I suspect that had we of asked someone would of come to show us, we didn't go all that way to watch television. Some of the decor was showing signs of it's age and a lot of the fixtures were "well used". NOTHING TO WITH PAPHINIA. Yes Jet 2 dropped us off about ten minutes away with a flimsy map, we have been to Paphos before and knew where we were going, we chose to walk through the papantniou goods in area which is uneven and not level in some places, had we of chosen to stick to the pavement and walked around then it is all paved and level. There is a lot of re-generation work going on and it does not look very pretty, blame the Mayor and Municipal council we were told by a local boat Captain. Since we were last in Paphos, 4 years ago a lot of the local businesses appeared to be closed, bar street being a prime example and a lot of shops. We will return but perhaps when most of the re-generation is complete

Just returned from a 14 day stay at paphinia apartments paphos the apartments are well equipped and spotlessly clean our housekeeper Maria M was brilliant nothing to much bother for her.Elana in the office was very helpful sorting our taxi out can't wait to return 😀 😊

The best location and view in Kato Paphos. Sea front balcony is a must just sit back and watch the world go by we love it been here 4 times now enough said. The apartments are well maintained and cleaned regularly the furniture is simple and Greek blue but ads to the charm comfy beds and good showers.waking up to views of palm trees and the sea never gets old and a classic car show just outside one day was the cherry on top .

Apartments are basic but very clean, cleaners come in almost every day. The cleaning staff are very friendly and professional. Our apartment had a fantastic balcony, Sun virtually all day 😁😊😎. Down side tv 😞📺 tried to connect Chromecast to watch UK channels and watch movies Online to no avail.

Apartments are fairly basic but have everything you would need, even washing machine and tumble dryer. The views from our balcony were just stunning and a two minute walk downstairs and you have all the shops bars and restaurants right there. All staff members couldn’t do enough for you 👏 We will definitely be back.

Had a brilliant holiday in these apartments, balcony was huge and kitchen well equipped) not that we used it much). Very central for shops, restaurants and bars. Very easy to get to and no real need for any other transport but car hire is readily available

Excellent place to stay. Brilliant location right on the harbour and only a few minutes walk to shops and supermarkets. Any issues were sorted immediately and with a smile by the staff. Really friendly. Highly recommend these apartments, we will definitely be back !

This was our 4th or 5th visit to Pahinia with a gap of about 7 years between this visit and our last one. We were not disappointed at all! It was just as good as ever. After a few days our shower was not working properly, we reported it to Elena and it was replaced immediately. We were also able to keep our room until 7pm with no extra charge. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities in the apartment are great as described in other reviews, everything you need.The view from the balcony especially at sunset is really beautiful. In my experience if you have a problem here take it to the office and they will sort it out asap, don't do nothing and then moan in a review. If they don't know about it how can they fix it. There is a large supermarket that sells virtually everything you might need just around the corner and the prices and choice was better than Lidls. Car hire ( Chris cars, which I would also recommend) is just opposite the supermarket. We stayed for three weeks this time, and can't wait to do it all over again.

The apartments are perfectly positioned right in front of the sea, with numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The harbour is a five minute walk. I recommend a sea view apartment if you want a fabulous uninterrupted view of the sea. On the balcony you have a table and chairs and two sun loungers. The apartments are kept exceptionally clean and are large and bright. Having free air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge and a washing machine, tumble drier and iron were a bonus! There is a full oven, microwave and a fridge freezer, although we didn’t cook at all. Not having a swimming pool wasn’t an issue for us, even though it was exceptionally hot weather while we were there. You can cool down in the sea! The municipal beach is great and is a short walk along the beautiful sea front. Two comfortable sun-beds and an umbrella was €8.50. Loved every minute of our holiday and we will definitely be returning to Paphinia Seaview Apartments!
