Beautiful property with pristine beaches. Cove open air lobby was amazing. All Atlantis resorts were beautiful. Wonderful service with plenty of food options. Chop Stix was little disappointing, service and food was below standards.

It’s a beautiful hotel! Many employees are so nice; however, others seem to be very unhappy. The grounds were kept very clean and well manicured.

The Ocean view from the bed beautiful. Service was awsome I do think the carpet in the room needed updating. They need way more places to eat.We had to taxi over to the Royal to eat every day.The Royal has MANY restaurants on a long *****.super trendy beautiful at night and the yachts are docked right next to the restaurants.

The biggest benefit was the Atlantis waterpark was included in the room price and was walkable.
They had shuttles to other hotels in the resort which gave plenty of dinning options.
They helped co-ordinate shuttles for day excursions and airport.
Overall was a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A very terrible place. They act like they hate tourist. OVERRATED PLACE. They will almost charge you for breathing. How does a hotel charge $15 to warm up the food i just bought from them, thats EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. Just cant cant understand that amongst many other things. BTW, i spent over 8grand at staying at cove but asking to pay for some stuffs is ridiculous to me even if its $5. Another example is charging $30 for a movie my son watched. RIDICULOUS. Dont waste your money
