Staff was prompt when issued arise. Restaurant, bellman, services and amenities were awesome.
Cleaning service declined the longer we stayed.

Dropped in for a night, after a disappointing four nights at Four Seasons; stayed another day and night. I am not a fan of casitas, especially if you have to get a ride when none are there, but casitas are walkable distances. Friendly staff.

The property location is breathtaking. Chris was great at the pool. His personality and services were friendly and welcoming. There is only one Dining option . It’s the same area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend going out for dinner somewhere else for a change. The wet bar is ridiculously expensive $$$$. My advise is to stop somewhere and pick up snacks and beverages. The spa was nice but again very expensive

Amazing! Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in Phoenix. The front desk staff took exceptional care of us.

Had an enjoyable stay at this property. It’s located 15-20 min from airport so easy to get too, great views, spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool, hot tub, and spa. Great for couples, will stay again.

It was gorgeous and tranquil. The resort design was beautiful and the suite had amazing views. The room service felt like a high end restaurant even in our room.

Spectacular place to chill out, float in the pool, enjoy some wildlife. Easy access to downtown Scottsdale an all it's amenities.
