Peaceful and idyllic hotel…beautiful grounds around the hotel. Each room is unique and well designed. Breakfast was great. A perfect place to relax and unwind or to bring the family for a nice weekend. Recently, updated. Many various spaces for sitting and having good conversations. Excellent Management and Hotel Staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We only went to try the restaurant (Allegria) for dinner. The food was excellent but the service, whilst good, was a tad pretentious and probably aimed at the residents. I'm sure the hotel is comfortable, and the guests have all that they need, but we only went for a meal.

Absolutely lovely staff but the facilities are definitely not worth the 5 Star price you pay. The room was fairly spacious but also fairly basic. No slippers, condiments supplied in the bathroom were basic, hand cream and soap and shampoo from dispensers. Our bath shower had no curtain so the water splashed all over the floor, but after pointing this out a curtain was installed. They provide 4 packets of tea in the room but no milk. Your outside “Patio” has two wire chairs without cushions and a small table, hardly 5 Star. Breakfast was fairly basic and nothing to write home about, scrambled eggs were cold, fruit one day not the next, the hotel has a restaurant for dinner but the small menu was not appealing so cannot comment. After being out all day and returning to an unmade room was disappointing, had to call reception to get it made up. Apparently they have just opened so hopefully they will get their act together. To top it off they automatically add a staff gratuity to your bill without asking😡

Parfait, de merveilleuses saveurs. Une cheffe, Julie Chaix, qui fait des plats d une très grande saveur. Tout est bon, les sauces sont parfaites. Le service attentionné grâce au maître d hôtel, Alex. Un restaurant dans un très joli mas provençal.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le hameau est un lieu enchanteur pour une pause détente et de rêveries. Les chambres, le personnel, la restauration, la piscine … tout était parfait Merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour l’accueil et la générosité xx

En séjour pour affaire à la base, il s'avère que le Hameau des Baux est un lieu magique ! Un vrai petit village pittoresque en plein coeur des Alpilles, de très belles prestations dans la chambre, un restaurant délicieux avec des produits locaux et très bien cuisinés, et le top un buffet petit déjeuner très varié, de quoi bien démarrer la journée de travail! Un plus pour une pause détente, une très belle piscine chauffée entourée de verdure! Impossible de ne pas recommander une si belle maison!
