Our room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

Nothing great, but not terrible. Less expensive than other options in the area. Keep in mind you can hear highway from your room, so bring a noise machine. Staff was kind. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Main problems were:
Very noisy old ac/heat units in room. Others had similar problem.
Also, the side of the building on the road has very loud traffic noise.
Overall most of us (we had 8 rooms) didn't sleep well because of the noise.
The check-in was also problematic because they had checked us out after 1 night despite having already paid for 2 nights.

Nice clean hotel but very noisy on the street side - ask for a room not facing Rt. 4. Mattress was old and sub-standard. Breakfast pretty good, staff outstanding.

Staff was amazing. We had to switch hotels to this hotel. Prior was a nightmare and Hyatt place staff were so kind and helpful .

Pool was closed and the towels weren't clean. Blankets are a bit rough as well. Overall the convenience of location made it a good stay.

The hotel was okay. It stank like old food and the air conditioner didn't work in our room. When I called and asked about it I was told I can come get a fan from the front desk and they'll look into it after I check out. Was very stuffy and uncomfortable both days. Smaller than shown in the booking as well.
