Sequoia location is really nice and very affordable. This is my go to hotel whenever i have concert to attend in moa arena. All the staff are nice and the hotel feels like an expensive one. and plus one point for indoor pool. For the tv i dont really use it but sometimes it doesnt have a signal

Our stay went well.
Service of staff is great.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Rooms are quite big.
However, noise from other rooms can be heard.

We stayed here for 2 nights because of the Rivermaya Reunion Concert. 15 mins away from the concert grounds and has 7-11 and Uncle John nearby. Bed is comfortable however, I didn't like the pillows. We also found small cockroaches in the bathroom. On our 2nd day, we had issues with the key card, it was probably programmed for just 1 night so we had to go back to the lobby again so they can fix the card.
Breakfast is good, they got everything from cereals to fruits and delicious desserts.. Overall, I would say it's 6/10

Attractively priced for the Aseana area, this property unfortunately lacks standout features. Our request for an anniversary setup went unacknowledged, reflecting a disappointing level of customer service. Communication channels, including the direct line and email, proved unreliable, often resulting in frustration. Nonetheless, the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a silver lining to an otherwise underwhelming experience.
