Kingsford Hotel Manila

Place is nice and clean also their lounge area for foods is good. Food are simple delicious. View by the pool is beautiful. The counter are kind people. Especially as Nature Lover I had a wonderful moment outside their building to look at the sunset right on the bridge. And having a little bit time for took a picture infront of their hotel. Anything else is all good. Which is close to the airport and they have contact for good taxi for make you more safely going to the airport. I highly recommend this place.

I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is good and close to the city. We really enjoy the pool beacause of the ambiance. This was our second stay in Kingsford Hotel and we enjoy and love it. We definitely come back.

Really love my stay here - genuine smiles for the staff is top notch it feels so good to have a comfort affordable hotel in the middle of Metro Manila inside the entertainment city although there's a bottleneck when it comes to the electricity shortage I hope they will improve on that matter. But overall it was 9/10 for me will definitely coming back

The front desk is warm and accommodating.It's near to go to Moa or Ayala mall.The room is clean.

I booked a lalamove to bring my clothes. Security guard refused to accept my baggage. Even if I called and gave verbal instructions to accept ad bring up to my room. I booed in the morning, arrived at the hotel at around sunset, it took the front desk lady more than 45 minutes to check me in.

The best experience. Its our 4th time in kingsford. The food is good. They also give us complimentary bday cake for my daughter’s bday. Its very easy and hassle free when using trip.com.

The room was clean and view was amazing! guest service is great! Very accomodating people, especially the valet parking assistants!

We enjoyed our stayed in the hotel my fiancée and I went to there pool and it’s very nice view got to try also there sauna and steamer . Well overall it’s a great stay. Nice staff and very accommodating.Our rooms smells so good. But one thing is they don’t have a robe in the room and hair dryer. But overall is fabulous . Free shuttle going to airport also hotel to terminal 1,2and 3. Very near to ayala mall can be walked . Airport is very near too . I hope they can improve their breakfast it’s not that much more on Filipino cuisine. And another thing I called the front desk earlier when we arrived our room and got check in finally and to asked about the late check out I twas told that it’s ok to checkout late and I asked if there is a payment but the front desk over the phone told me that no payment as long as I will called back again in the morning to tell the front desk of the time I will checkout then after breakfast I called them back since (we stayed 2nights ) and then the front desk said that It’s not possible to late check out due to fully booked the hotel lol. That’s a bit disappointing because flight was 8pm at night then we have to check out at 12nn. Hopefully next time they cleared what they told to the guests so no hopes for those who wants late check out .
