A very charming bed and breakfast. From th outside it doesnt look like much, but inside is a small peaceful oasis. One block from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the historical center. The rooms were well taken care of and extremely clean. The breakfast was a perfect mix of everything. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help or give suggestions about the city, restaurants, and excursions. You´ll be glad you stayed.

Great location, amazing host, lovely rooms. Locates right outside the old town and next to Pontal beach you can find this lovely pousada. It is easy to see that every single single detail has been thought of. What a lovely place, not to be missed. Our compliments to our host, obrigado!!!

We had a lovely stay at Pontal Gardens so we decided to spend 2 extra nights to better enjoy Paraty and the Pousada. The breakfast is very good, Marcus has always good advices about things we can do during the day. I would come back to the same Pousada if I was to come back to Paraty!

The outside entrance is not so attractive but inside off pousada nice and cozy, Excellent reception from host. The rooms is on the small side . But the bed and the bedding are very comfortable.
Very nice. Our stay was short. Just wish have more time to enjoy the place.

We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and arrange anything you need. Amazing breakfast with little monkeys in the trees and a great location too, 1 minute from the beach. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend

We stayed at Pousada Pontal Gardens for two nights and had a fantastic stay. From before we arrived Geancarlo and Ricardo were so helpful with recommendations and travel logistics. Despite the short amount of time we had to stay in Paraty they helped us make the most of it by recommending tours, restaurants and sorting transfers. The pousada is beautiful and the rooms are so nicely decorated and very clean. The location is also great, right near the beach and the old town and a short walk to the historic fort. Our favourite part was the breakfast, which was amazing - Ricardo explained where the produce was from and some items were even made by the pousada themselves. We also got to feed one of the monkeys that climb in the trees around the pousada. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I only wish we could have had more time to enjoy it!

Tivemos uma experiência excepcional na Pontal Gardens! A pousada é linda, super bem decorada, muito bem localizada bem pertinho do centro, o café da manhã é maravilhoso na companhia de saguis fofinhos, quarto muito confortável e equipe muito atenciosa com os humanos e pets. Passamos 5 dias com a nossa cachorrinha que foi muito bem recebida com biscoito caseiro e muito carinho. A pousada possui uma estação pet para tirar a areia dos filhotes pós praia. Eles dão todo o suporte para escolha de passeios e restaurantes. Não foi só uma excelente estadia, eles tornaram toda a experiência muito mais prazerosa. Enfim amamos, com certeza vamos voltar e super recomendamos. Já estamos com saudades!
