POUSADA NO CENTRO HISTÓRICO EXTREMAMENTE BEM LOCALIZADA, PERTO DE TUDO, E SILENCIOSA. Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo. Camas confortáveis. Donos e funcionários super amáveis. Providenciam tudo o que vc precisa, além das dicas imperdiveis. JÁ QUERO VOLTAR E OUTUBRO.... Além da linda cidade.....

The Pousada Arte Colonial is a 10minute stroll from the bus station [Terminal Rodoviário de Paraty], situated in a beautiful 18th century townhouse in the historic centre of Paraty. The pousada oozes charm and character. It is furnished throughout with lovely period furniture, and is extremely comfortable and charming. We were welcomed and checked-in by the wonderfully friendly and helpful Aline. She showed us to our room [Light Suite] with its own staircase. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and included a ceiling fan and air con. The pool/garden area, whilst small, is a perfect spot to relax. The plentiful breakfast was served by Andrei, who was most friendly and kind. The pousada has free, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property. If you're looking for a charming, period pousada in the heart of historic Paraty, it'd be hard to find one better than the Pousada Arte Colonial. Highly recommended.

At first, the poussada is under renovation. All what is advertised on ********* is not right. The garden is under work, no access to pool. The kitchen is under work, no breakfast. The room os a disaster. No window that closes, no AC / Heating that works.On top, when we checked in, we could not stay at the hotel, and they relocated us into a lower standard poussada that was so bad. This hotel must be avoided and shall be removed from the platforms. I will file a claim as this is fully unacceptable. Do not go there

Wonderful stay at this Pousada. Very centrally located in Old Paraty; charming rooms (very true to the style of Old Paraty, so set your expectations accordingly - do not expect luxury but ambiance); kind and helpful staff who were also helpful in assisting me in sorting out an issue with ********** and in changing my booking when that was needed.

Great ambiance and location in the old city in Paraty. Very friendly and helpful staff. A variet of types of rooms. Faces quiet street very close to the streets with restaurants, so none of that noice. Only minor point is that the breakfast serving is quite a small meal, especially if you do not eat bread. But plenty of cafe options around to stock up.

A very charming property managed by some of the nicest people you will ever meet, everything in there is tasteful and breathing of history, the smooth jazz playing at the reception adds a touch of nostalgia, quite adorable.

Lugar lindo, me senti em casa! Todos muito gentis e educados, em especial a Aline que nos recepcionou Recomendo! Sr Eduardo uma simpatia! Tivemos um imprevisto na suíte sótão (totalmente compreensível por ser um casarão). Mas tudo foi prontamente resolvido pela funcionária Aline que nos realocou para a suíte Classic (tão linda quanto a outra. Café da manhã delicioso, preparado por outro funcionário tão gentil qto os outros! Percebe-se que amam o que fazem, se dedicam! Recomendo! Retorno em breve!

Excelente localização no centro histórico de Paraty, longe dos barulhos. Não possui estacionamento, colocamos nosso carro num estacionamento a 100 m da pousada. Café da manhã é individual, não tem buffet. Funcionários Aline e Pedro são excelentes.

A pousada é linda, tem uma história bem legal que foi contada pelo Pedro e pela Aline. Atendimento nota 10! Café da manhã excelente, muito bem servido. O quarto que ficamos para 5 pessoas era bem simples, deixou a desejar na iluminação e ventilação de ar. Colchoes confortáveis mas os travesserios também nao sao tão macios. Serviço de quarto muito bom. Nós adoramos a pousada, a experiência foi incrível e com certeza vamos voltar. O grande diferencial é o atendimento prestativo da Aline e do Pedro. A pousada fica pertinho de tudo, no meio do centro histórico. Antes de fechar qualquer passeio falem com a Aline pq ela dá dicas maravilhosas. A experiencia foi encantadora!
