We wanted it to reflect our image: both sober & practical, but above all elegant, comfortable and warm. In addition to its immediate proximity to the most emblematic site in Paris, the Place du Trocadéro where the Eiffel Tower is located, you will fall under the spell of this cocoon for various other reasons: His history: Helped by a famous architect whose brother is the designer of the Olympic Flame for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we completely renovated the premises from floor to ceiling when we acquired them. We transformed and moved the rooms from one end of the apartment to the other, and brought most of the materials used from Italy, notably the tiling of the bathrooms. We put a bit of our Franco-Hispanic origins into it, while taking care to preserve the typical spirit of contemporary Parisian apartments. The decision to rent it out during our absences was all the less obvious as we put all our heart into this renovation project. Elegance and Comfort: Because it is first and foremost our daily living space, we wanted the apartment to combine the most elegant decoration with a warm atmosphere, creating a refined and above all welcoming space, in order to never get tired of it. We have opted for furniture and, more generally, equipment that is rather modern and designed to make anyone feel immediately comfortable there. Practicality: The apartment is a set of very functional spaces adapted to the needs of people passing through, in the short, medium or long term.
