一般般，除咗服務態度可以。酒店設施太過破舊，交通遠景點市區遠左少少，周邊食嘢，買嘢都不是太方便。好彩門口有地鐵站。

Super helpful and friendly lobby. Absolutely amazing stay 🤩 will be back again! They even told us how to get here and there. This location is so convenient, 1min walk from Metro and bus station. You will never regret staying here!

Wonderful experience, staff absolutely great especially gentleman at the desk . Warm and friendly welcome. Easy and quick checkout. Very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our stay at Mercure was really, really nice. I would like to thank all the staff at the reception, very good customer service.
I will definitely stay at the Mercure hotel when I am in Paris and will recommend it to other families traveling to Paris.

Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

Initially room Airconditioning was not good. When requested we were given change of room immediately. Staff there was very good and very friendly. Had an excellent stay.

Excellent choice, with metro, tram and bus just out of the door ! Very good breakfast and very friendly stuff!! nice neighbourhood with a lot of coffees and bistros around. Recommended for families and travellers. About forty minutes walking to Tour Eiffel!
