Ibis Styles Paris Gare de l'Est TGV

交通便利，東站出口就到，北站也是近在咫尺。樓下就是地鐵。斜對面還有個教堂。到各個景點都是非常方便。前台1.98的小哥非常nice. 幫忙一張雙人床改成兩張單人床。

For a budget hotel, we cant fault anything for our stay. Staff were friendly yet professional, Rooms clean and quiet. Very close to Gare d'lEst and Gare du Nord just 10mins walk away and metro entrance a few yards from the hotel. It was a good place to stay for easy access to all the Paris tourist places and if arriving from CDG airport or Eurostar. The area is a bit run down, we felt safe during the day, however at night we went to the Canal area for restaurants , but kept to the main roads late at night. Would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed one night, crossing the street from the Gare de l'Est(a few doors down from the conspicuous Burger King) in a vibrant area of hotels, shops and restaurants. A smiling receptionist was welcoming and quick to provide our key card for the front door, elevator and front door. We chose a welcome drink/juice before taking their lone elevator up to our 3rd floor prepaid queen. Corner room #36 was well lit with a very comfortable bed, charging outlets, small desk and a window overlooking the ibis interior courtyard. The nice sized bathroom/shower had a window opening to a different courtyard with rooms undergoing refurbishment(quiet at night). The small open closet lacked hangers. The 6AM serviced breakfast was excellent, beginning with a coffee machine(also used after our arrival), fresh squeezed OJ, muesli with soy milk, croissants/pain au chocolat, yogurt, eggs, cheese, meats and fruit. We walked 100m southwest, passing a crepe/panini stand, an HSBC A** to an excellent Naturalia organic grocery.

Booked to stay for 3 nights whilst visiting Paris. We just wanted somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable to crash after a busy day’s sightseeing and that’s exactly what we got. Nothing about this hotel is anything special but it does the job. Rooms including bathroom were clean if rather small, and had everything needed including hair dryer and safe. It’s true that the staff weren’t amazingly friendly or smiley but they answered out questions when we needed them to. The included breakfast was much appreciated and again exactly as expected, nothing special, simple croissants, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice. Area wasn’t the nicest but was busy enough to feel safe. Wouldn’t have wanted to walk around on my own at night but as a couple the 2min walk from station to hotel felt perfectly fine. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. We paid for a basic, cheap hotel and that’s what we got.

Good breakfast, small but comfortable room. Regular guest whenever taking early trains from Gare de l’Est.

i stayed in this horrible hotel for 6 nights ! , i checked-in around 11 pm on Sunday, i was booking a single room , i always stay in Accor Series for the past 15 years , and i never saw this bad customer services and uncaring attitude in any accor hotel before , i went to my room and i found it very cold while i was really tired , and the air-conditioning was not working properly in addition to the bad design of the room ( the air condition are above the Bed ) , i went to the reception guy and informed him about my issue - He told me yes , we have an issue in the air condition and will be fixed tomorrow by the technician - i asked him so please change my room as i'll not be able to sleep in this very cold weather - he told me sorry , you have booked a single room and all the available now are double rooms , and you have to pay the difference to change for it for you - i told him it is not my problem , it is yours , i need to sleep and i cannot afford your issues - he told me sorry , i'm a new employee in this hotel and cannot take any wrong decision , and afraid to lose my job !!!! i had to go back to sleep as i was really tired , and the next day i became badly Sick !! in the start of my business week , and actually i'm badly sick till this moment the next day , i met the same Reception Guy and his Manager who apologized for this weird attitude and promised to compensate me with some reward Points ! and they added an external Heater in My room ! overall , i'm very very disappointed from this hotel and i don't recommend it to any body

Nicely located across from gare de l'est. Despite the seedy neighborhood, the hotel feels safe and quiet all things considered. Regretfully no Gold card benefits were available during my stay (no complimentary drink, was not allowed to check out one hour later), but the staff was polite as usual.

Im Zimmer ist ein riesen Schimmel Fleck. Auf schriftliche Beschwerde kam keine Rückmeldung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht das was man sich vorstellt für diesen Preis. Einziger Vorteil öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in umkreis von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
