Metro tuż poniżej hałasu i wibracji, które opuściłem ostatniej nocy, zamiast zostać. Mam spokojny sen. Ładna okolica, ale trochę głośno Zużyty i poplamiony dywan! Myślałem, że pokój jest robiony codziennie, ale mój oczywiście przeszedł przez właz łóżka i otwarte okno, jak kiedy wyszedłem Łazienka bardzo mała, ale funkcjonalna wąż prysznicowy cieknie i plama na ścianach Wykonuje pracę na 1 noc, ale prawdopodobnie nie wrócę ! Obsługa recepcji uśmiechnięta i bardzo miła ale to nie wszystko...

The Hotel / Appartments are fine and the Staff is friendly and competent..There is only a couple of minutes walk to a hub for public transport. But the nearby areas are terrible and dangerous after dark. The park next to the building is filled with gangs and homeless people.

I stayed here for a week for work purposes. Unfortunately, the internet was so unbelievably slow (1mbps - dial-up speed) that it was impossible to work here. I complained and received no response. I also requested a spare pillow on 3 separate occasions. I was repeatedly told by a rude staff member that it would be brought up to my room. It was not. The rooms were also very basic and location quite poor and dangerous at night. I will not be returning.

hôtel très propre et personnel très accueillant et gentil la chambre était très propre coin cuisine pratique manquerait jute un balai pour pouvoir nettoyer le coin table sinon rien a redire proximité du métro et parking souterrain juste a coté de la cité des sciences

Les plus: -Localisation: En 20mns on rejoint le centre de Paris. Très bien desservis par la ligne 7. Commerces, restos, boulangerie en bas. Donc très pratique. Centre commercial boumboum juste a côté: très sympa ( soirées, DJ, arcades, restos variés en espace couvert mais ouvert) pour sortir le soir tard sans crainte du retour tardif ds les rues. -Personnel très bienveillant, accueillant et disponible. Les moins: Accès catastrophique pour les bagages, enfants en bas âge, poussettes.... aucun dépose minute ni parking prévu à moins de 5mns de marche. Très compliqué à l'arrivée et au départ. Rien que pour ça je n'y retournerais plus. Le parking se trouve au C.boumboum avec des accès incompréhensibles, des ascenseurs et escaliers en panne. Une vraie galère a chaque sortie: le froid la pluie les bagages le enfants... Chambre très sommaire pour 4 personnes: pas de balai pr un brin de ménage soi même, ( ménage prévu à + 7jrs de location seulement). Pas de grille pain ( tres compliqué avec le four micro onde),

le lieu est très bien situé: parc de la villette, buttes chaumont, canal de la villette qui mène au canal saint martin, un supermarché à 2 min à pied, ligne de metro qui ramène dans le centre en moins de 20 min. de plus, la déco et les appartements sont très bien pensés et les personnes de l'établissement charmants. Seuleument 4 étoiles car si vous êtes du coté rue (ce qui fût mon cas) : bruit de circulation continuel donc il est préférable d'être coté parc de la villette

Cet aparthotel a bénéficié d'une belle rénovation, studio bien agencé et équipé, spacieux et confortable. Réception avec sourire et efficacité. Séjour agréable au cœur d'un quartier La Villette avec Cité des Sciences, et canal à côté. Secteur vivant avec commerces et restaurants.
