Acacia Hotel

Hotel en buena ubicación y bastante funcional si sólo lo quieres para dormir a un bajo precio. Tiene habitaciones mas grandes con vistas a la calle y otras más pequeñas con vistas a un patio interior donde puedes ver una vivienda que fue pasto de las llamas hace algún tiempo. El hotel tiene una cama de muelles con ropa (sábanas, toallas...) algo viejas pero limpias. El baño muy pequeño pero cuenta con ducha propia. También la habitación cuenta con una pequeña televisión tipo hospital y el lugar es tranquilo para dormir (sin ruidos por la noche). En resumen si lo que buscas es algo funcional a buen precio el hotel es correcto. Por último no olvidéis que existe una tasa turística (un impuesto) que te cobran al marcharte. Lo que ciertamente me parece un gesto poco elegante, ya que se podría incluir en el precio de la habitación, desglosado en la factura.

Séjour court en famille pour un concert à Bercy, l’hôtel est bien situé il est entour de 4 stations à moins d’un kilomètre. Malheureusement ils ne sont pas accueillants j’ai trouver ça décevant de leur part. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, des serviettes etc.

Chambre très spartiate. Le strict minimum. Déco pas très joyeuse. Mais le prix n'est pas élevé

Good location. Check-in was fine. Breakfast is available but I didn't have it. The room was fine but smelt a little of smoke. There is only one plug socket which is quite high up so it's difficult to charge things if they have a short cable. Other than that, everything was fine and the hotel is pretty good value for central-ish Paris.

Posizione abbastanza buona, ben collegato con la metro. Camera sporca e in pessimo stato manutentivo. Nessuno si aspettava una suite, ma la pulizia e la manutenzione sono criteri di decoro, non di lusso. Purtroppo è evidente che non c’è amore e passione in quello che lo staff fa, oltre che manca l’interesse verso il cliente. Un vero peccato!

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Overall, I had a good visit. The room was on the third floor (4th floor in USA). The bed was big enough for me. There were a small table, a chair and some odd hangers. The water pressure was great. There was plenty of hot water. The shower drained slowly during the first 4 days. After that, it drained quickly. The wifi worked consistently well. I could smell cigarette frequently (and at times *********) when I was in my room. I think that it came from the staff smoking in the back room. The staff was friendly. There were local bakeries, markets and a fruits stand in the area. Both métro stations St-Ambroise and Voltaire are near the hotel. I recommend the hotel. It offers good value. I would stay at the hotel again.

the location was great, easy access to Metro and buses. the room are on the small side.

Very basic travelers hotel. Clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff even though I speak almost no French. Locked and safe. Close to M3 station. Bed was adequate. For this price in Paris, it is what I would expect
