The location is very good. It is near the metro station and the Asian quarter. The room is clean. However the toilet and the shower are separated by the bed.

New hotel in 13eme in Paris. Great price and quality of the hotel. Good location also. Few restaurants around where i ate with the recommendation from the hotel person. Breakfast was with good choices for everyone. Great experience. I will be there for next one.

I stayed twice in 2023 at this hotel and very much enjoyed my stay. It is located in a nice neighborhood near many of the major tourist attractions in Paris and also the medical school. The metro is located next to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were delicious and kept me going all day. Highly recommended!

This Hotel was beautiful.We had a great stay and would definitley stay here again and recommend to all my firends . The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. 😋😋The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. they made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.the breakfast staff had a good chat with us☺️

Friendly staff, excellent location (1 minute from Olympiades station), comfortable room and amazing shower! The region is safe and you can go walking for a lot of places. I really enjoyed my stay at Urban Bivouac.

Friendly staff, immaculate hotel. I highly recommend the Hotel Urban Bivouac in the 13eme. they just need a comfortable armchair in the room so that my sister can stay there next time. (She sleeps in a chair)

Very nice hotel we usually go when we visit Paris, with friends or family. Very well located near the subway station, clean rooms and very pleasant staff. Breakfasts have improved lately. A place I recommend!

It locates at 13th area and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff in this hotel and the room is tidy and quiet. They made my first Paris trip wonderful🥳 definitely recommend to people!

Everything is perfect: the team is top: kind, professional, always smiling and very involved in the welfare of the guests. Hotel very clean, near to the metro station and parking ( 2minutes walking), the breakfast also is for gourmet! Overall excellent hotel
