Beautiful hotel at the edge of the Marais and while you're there eat at Boffinger (next door)- you won't be disappointed.

Location is good. No heater or air conditioner because it was under central controlling. The cleaner didn’t top up shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Great placecto stay, we loved it. Room was clean and spacious with updated bathroom, safe and mini frigñdge. Staff is super helpful. Will definately go back!

Staff were all wonderful! And the rooms were lovely and cool as well - which was a bonus due to the humidity outside. We had switched hotels, because when we arrived in Paris and went to our previously booked rooms they were not as advertised - to say the least. We quickly made an exit and found rooms at Hotel Bastille Speria - what a marvellous find. The location is very central, the rooms beautifully appointed and the staff extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. The only caveat would be that on our next visit, hopefully the lift will be in operating order, otherwise loved it.

Hello
I arrived to the hotel and unfortunately it turned out that the elevator does not work and will not work for about a week!!! I realized that the elevator broke down before I arrived to the hotel. The hotel should have informed me of this in advance and prior to my arrival.
They did give me a room on the first floor, but that didn't stop me from going up and down the stairs several times a day.
To my opinion this is a scandal!
There is a minimum of responsibility and respect between the hotel and its customers. I will not stay at this hotel again. And I will not recommend it to any of my friends and family!
