Les Hauts de Passy - Trocadero Eiffel

The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the Eiffel Tower, on a street with many shops, but the room was not very clean and I received a smaller room than the one I paid. At the reception I asked if I could be given a room overlooking the street, believing that I would receive the paid room, but they gave me a very small room and at the reception they told me that I was one person. Is not right! The lady did not understand that I want to be given what I paid only if it is possible to have a view of the street.

Room was surprisingly big and done up to a good standard, bathroom was fairly modern too. Some noise can be heard from room next door but luckily we only got woken up once during our three night stay (due to someone else’s alarm going off very loudly). Wifi was fine (we were on the first floor). It’s a good location, about 10 mins walk to the nearest metro and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower. We were also able to store our luggage at the hotel after check out which was useful as we had an afternoon flight. Overall, a good hotel to stay at in Paris!

Very good find in exclusive passy. Very clean . Modernised premises. Reasonably good sized rooms. Small shower area though.airco is appreciated! Breakfast ok-. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area. Close to shops and metro with 32 bus connecting to big Haussmann shops:)

My friend and I traveled to Paris spontaneously at the beginning of August 2021 for 5 nights, and stayed at les Hauts de Passy. First off, the staff is very friendly and obliging! We could pay the lady at the desk in cash (she spoke great English). She was also very helpful in answering our questions! The hotel is a short 12-minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, and my friend and I went there several times in the early evening/night to see the Eiffel tower light show. There is a metro station just 5 minutes walk away, and there are plenty of different shops around the neighbourhood. We loved the bakery down the road (Aux Pains de Manon - fantastic croissants), and also the Grand Épicerie. There are smaller Kiosk-style shops, too. We loved the outside seating area - the patio has about 5 or 6 chairs (two small tables), and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenin, just enjoying a little bit of peace and quiet. The room was on the smaller side, and there wasn't enough cupboard space. But if a cupboard would be added, the space to walk around in the room would get even smaller ;) So we just lived out of our suitcases for those few days ... Unfortunately, the wifi was quite the catastrophe though. We were on the fifth floor, and we hardly ever had any wifi connection! It was rather frustrating! THat's another reason why I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio - the wifi worked *better* there. (But it still was hit & miss!) This would be a big room for improvement. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, and we definitely would come here again - also for the fact that it is situated very close to a metro line that connects well to others. We were in the Montmarte-Neighbourhood within about 25 minutes (on the metro), or in Champs d'Elysées in aroun 12 minutes.

Hôtel propre et parfaitement situé pour le tourisme. Le personnel y est sympathique et agréable. Dans un passage vous serez au calme. Le petit déjeuner est complet et satisfaira le plus grand nombre. Je recommande

nous avions réservé une chambre spécifique qui n'a pu nous être donnée à notre arrivée. Le directeur de l'hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser, nous sommes partis sans dormir et après avoir réglé 208 euros la nuit.

Personnel : peu agréable et compétent. Arrivée : nous avions spécifié une chambre au 5ème et lit double, nous avons à notre arrivée une chambre au 1er avec deux lits séparés. Changement de chambre, cette fois-ci au 3ème mais une odeur insupportable dans la chambre. Troisième changement de chambre au 2ème... Petit déjeuner : au sous-sol, glauque au possible et j'ai vérifié les dates des produits conditionnés proposés et je n'ai pas touché aux produits "frais"... Chambres : peu spacieuse, les toilettes sont collés à la douche, on doit se contorsionner pour sortir de la douche. Les toilettes sont tellement mal placés que nous devons être de travers et le distributeur du papier toilette est à l'autre bout de cette minuscule sdb, pratique... Equipements : une table, peu ou pas de rangement... Propreté : si vous n'êtes pas trop regardant enfin, il ne faut surtout pas regarder... Emplacement : en pleine rue commerçante donc bruits liés à cela.

Vous serez sûrement bien accueillis mais vous serez plutôt déçu dès votre entrée dans une petite chambre. Rien à voir avec les photographies du site de réservation. La propreté n’est pas au rendez vous compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Un effort devrait être fait. Cependant la literie est correcte. D’autre part, ne soyez pas surpris de découvrir à 6h50 une personne entrer dans votre chambre ... cela arrive apparemment.... le codage des clefs est à revoir. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Assez bon accueil. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle sauf la salle de bains. Peu de place entre la cuvette de wc et la douche. Très dangereux. Et une fois aux toilettes, il faut un grand bras pour atteindre le papier toilette. Petit déjeuner correct
