Our second visit to this lovely hotel - we took our almost-thirteen year old granddaughter for her first trip to Paris. The reception was hugely helpful when I phoned to book, allocating us rooms right next to each other. She was delighted to have her own bathroom and toiletries, and a balcony with views over the rooftops. We did not eat in the hotel, preferring to go across the road to the little cafe on the corner for breakfast - Le Regis. The hotel organised airport transfers for us, with their own transport. They also organised a pick-up when we were scheduled to be at the Eiffel tower late one evening - to save us having to find a cab in a crowded area. And they helped enormously when one of us left an iPad in a taxi - tracking down the taxi, which they had booked - and securing its return. I must make special mention of Diana, on reception, who was wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable - not big but this is an old building. Beds, pillows, bedding, towels, clean and good. I took one star off because initially our bathroom had the Paris drains syndrome - which was thankfully sorted out for the second of our two nights. Thoroughly recommended - a good position, good quality, comfortable accommodation, reasonable prices, and super helpful staff.
