2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~수페리어 3베드룸으로 2박을 저희 한국인 5인 가족이 잘 지냈구요. 그 유명한 에펠탑을 거실 쇼파에서 누워서 바로 눈 앞에서 올려다 보며 한눈에 담을 수 있다는게 얼마나 행복한지 알았습니다. 그리고 21세기 현재에 100년전 19세기에 지어진 고급 파리지앵 아파트에 자는 것도 정말 영화 같은 감동이였구요.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

非常滿意的一次住宿。房間非常大，乾濕分離的衞生間，很整潔，配的洗髮水個肥皂品質很好。客廳很大，沙發餐桌齊全。廚房可以使用，我家的早飯和晚飯都在公寓做的，確實很方便。公寓離埃菲爾鐵塔非常近，走路五分鐘就到了。距離地鐵六號線走路十分鐘以內。地理位置真的不錯！

位置非常棒！就在鐵塔下面！奧斯曼風格建築！晚上很安靜，睡得很好！洗漱用品都是nuxe!在陽台看亮着燈的鐵塔太幸福了！附近有各種餐館，早飯可以買到麪包！完美完美！
服務：服務也很好，工作人員非常nice，如果晚上到提前打電話跟他們預訂時間入住，退房可以寄存行李，走的時候再拿。

We chose this hotel based on its close location to the Eiffel Tower. From the moment we walked through the door, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful old building with its Parisian charm and decor. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and helped us in every way she could, even giving us recommendations on where to get the best croissant. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was extremely spacious and included everything we could want including a kitchen, lounge room, separate dining room, 2.5 bathrooms and balcony with a view. It was a very quiet, safe area as close to the Eiffel Tower as one could hope for. We will definitely stay here again, I recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Spectacular! Our family of 8 stayed in the penthouse, 7th floor and it was amazing. Waking up and going to sleep with a unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower was priceless! The penthouse was very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, small kitchen, sitting room, dinning room & living room. The 8 of us had plenty of space to rest and freshen up without being in each other’s way. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Paris!

This is our second time staying at the Residence Charles Floquet! We were happy to be greeted by Javier, who remembered us from 5 years ago! Now that is hospitality! We were a total of 9 people, and we stayed in two different units for 3 nights. My group got upgraded to the Eiffel Tower Duplex 3 bedroom! We very much enjoyed our stay! This was the last leg of our 17-day trip to Europe and we made use of the washer and dryer in the unit!! We, again, had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and liked the fact that the subway, restaurants, and mini market are all walking distance!

Amazing view and great location. Unforgettable one night stay for our family of six, the apartment was very spacious and beautifully designed with the best backdrop of the Eiffel Tower out the balcony. Xavier at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us. Highly recommend Residence Charles Floquet.

We had a three bedroom apartment. It was very large. The rooms were a little tired, such as the stains on the dining chairs. Great location. The only significant drawback was that the apartment was very noisy. When the neighbours above you wake up, you’ll be awake, too, due to the noisy floorboards - bring your earplugs.

Our view was spectacular! We loved how Xavier at the front desk worked with us and let us store our luggage while we explored the city before check-in! We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to our friends and family!
