A lovely, quiet accommodation with plenty of natural light. Comes with a working fridge and a much-appreciated cappuccino maker. Nice views of the nearby Saint Francois Xavier Church - an area full of Parisian history and cuisine culture. The bedrooms had a roof window. Didn’t appear to have a curtain so every night, we had views of the night sky. The wifi was 100% reliable. TV had interesting shows covering archeology and tourism. The bathrooms were nice and simple, although had some drainage issues. The only complaint was the twirling stairs that led to our apartment from the 5th floor lift - highly dangerous to be moving heavy suitcases up and down those stairs. The stairs in the living room were pretty but hurt our feet a bit - slippers are required when using these stairs. Overall, a nice stay in a traditional French apartment. Would recommend for a week’s stay.

These apartments were really well-situated - near a lovely church, a wonderful boulangerie and the metro. The manager was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was quite small but functional and the bed was very comfortable.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus, e dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Eiffel. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento situato al primo piano; accogliente e con un balconcino con una bella vista. Nell'appartamento sono presenti anche lavatrice, ferro e tavola da stiro, lavastoglie, microonde, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Alcuni accorgimenti: la doccia a pavimento allaga tutto il bagno ogni qualvolta che viene aperta l'acqua, perciò delle infradito o un tappetino sarebbero ideali. Il wifi non funziona molto bene. Nel complesso tutto positivo.
