Price is good for the location. Good choice if need a clean place to sleep and spend rest of the time out of the room. There is a basement with a washing machine. Must contact hotel before arrival to get PIN code to access door to building and PIN code to open room door. Room only has 1 fan and no AC. No place to sit besides bed or a single stool. Not quiet at night because room is above dining places.

No one answered the phone to check-in. It was pretty stressful to wait and see if someone would actually let us into the hotel.
They did not send the access codes 24 hours in advance as they indicated in the booking email.
The cleaning woman, who helped us in, was lovely.

A nice, small room for a couple. Many towels. The only downside is there is no separation between the toilet and shower and the bedroom. The toilet is right behind the headboard. So all heat and humidity come out from the shower, and all “smells and sounds” come out from the bathroom. Not ideal but totally doable for a couple.

Great staff when they are there. This place is more like a Hostel, then a hotel. There is no fan,or AC at this place.So I wouldn't recommend in the hot times of the year. Also it's a very loud place with other guests. You can hear everything. Overall a 5 out of 10. Mostly due to the kind staff and the cleanliness of the room.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No one at the front desk and so people were waiting around outside to be sent a text of their room and code to get in.
There is no elevator and the stairs are so small and so steep. It is a spiral staircase that can’t fit medium size suitcases. Almost broke a leg coming down. The rooms are like a dorm.
I would never stay here again even if it were free.

Great place and really quaint. The breakfast was a great classic english breakfast. 10 minute walk to kings cross max and a wonderful last minute place to stay when our air bnb didnt work

Very nice and clean. I would justbsuggest to specify that its require to climb a narrow stairs and there is no elevator.

This is good clean small hotel property with little staff. Very clean and well managed. Small stairs was the only issue carrying luggage upstairs. Overall very well managed and safe.
