Chateaubriand hôtel location is quite perfect at 5 minutes walk from Champs Élysée, and metro line 1 George V, 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe. Quite hotel in a little street. Staff are very helpful. French breakfast from 7am. Air conditioning during summer is a plus. Recommended for tourists in Paris.

Perfect location just one block from Champs Elysees. Tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. Lovely staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. The room is classic and beautiful. The wifi drops a lot and I'd suggest a shower curtain so that guests don't get water on the floor. But overall, a lovely hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés dans ce bel hôtel d'un point de vue extérieur à 2 pas des champs Elysee mais très vite déçu par la chambre et le service.
On nous donne une chambre " surclassé " Derrière l'accueil, poignée de porte cassé, baignoire avec grosse fuite qui à infondé notre chambre, c'était à nous de brancher la télé et de faire abstraction du bruit permanent des arrivées et départ.
On nous a changé de chambre pour une chambre plus petite mais plus cosy.
La fenêtre était cassé ( froid la nuit ), trou dans les rideaux...
L'accueil à été super par la 1ère personne mais ensuite nous sommes reçu par la responsable et là... mon dieux Mme changé de travail !
Aucunes explication sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, l'heure du petit déjeuner ni même l'endroit de celui ci...
Aucune information sur les 100e demandés à notre arrivée en plus de prix de l'hôtel !
Nous ne reviendrons pas !

房間超級小，淋浴沒有固定的架子需要用手拿着淋浴噴頭才能洗澡，馬桶上面就是一個斜面牆 整個人很不舒服，房間裏面進來的時候香水薰到暈厥。服務態度很差，當我們問他可否延遲退房的時候，酒店欣然答應，但是在離開的時候説要收取late fee,還有同行房客帶service dog 被多收款。 不推薦
