1. No parking space not even delivery space to offload luggages. 2. Reception gave us a photocopy of a map where to park. There was no toner in the printer, so the photocopy was not readable. Staff not amenable. 3. Once we returned to the hotel 20 minutes later to check in, reception suddenly decided to check if the rooms were ready. It was 7pm... why were the rooms not ready by then ? and why did they not check whilst we were parking the car ? 4. The lift was out of service because of the heatwave (clearly poor facilities and ventilation). I have a poor knee and went upstairs one step at a time. 5. We were not offered any help to take our luggage to the 4th floor... 6. After a long and exhausting day, i was looking forward to a nice shower. No hot water... 7. I called reception (around midnight), and left the phone ringing out. I was definitely going to talk to Reception and not going down 4 flights of stairs. After minutes of ringing out, reception answered, confirmed no hot water in the hotel, that a technician would not come out tonight (Saturday) but the hot water would be fixed in the morning... No apologies. It was fixed the next morning.
