Antes de la pandemia pagué 3 noches en una habitación duplex en este hotel - -- apartamento donde me he hospedado antes y lo he recomendado. Por motivos de covid cerraron la entrada a Francia el verano del 2020 y me movieron la reservacion para un año después. Este verano en el 2021 les escribi para usarla y me dijeron que estan cerrados, desde entonces les escribo y nadie me responde y tengo 3 noches pagadas que quiero usar ya que voy a estar en Paris el 8 de noviembre y no responden mails ni telefono.
