Our stay here at Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame, was like a breath of fresh air. We walked up to a small door facing the Seine, greeted by such a warm staff, Eliza, who welcomed us as if we were friends who came over to stay. We were surprised to be upgraded to the best room in the hotel for our 1 night stay. The room in the article was outstanding, every detail well thought of, the view from the attic windows, the little roller shades to block out light and for privacy, the bathrooms, closets and even the curtains to separate the bed from the living area. Beautiful, cozy and warm hospitality from everyone. Dino helped us with the checkout . He was so helpful and even bid us farewell as if we were friends leaving his home. I’d stay here again for sure. So lovely, we really didn’t want to leave. Thank you, very much.

Wonderful staff and nice room / bath with lovely view! If you need a receipt, do yourself a favor and get in person. I’ve been asking via ******* contact property feature for 4 days and still haven’t received it.

The place is beautiful. Dino the manager is caring, helpful and an amazing resource. Our room was very comfortable with incredible views. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place with a view of Notre Dame, room larger than most European places. Staff was fantastic eager to help in any manner. Even though close to most attractions and restaurants very heavy traffic area that can take you 20 minutes to go 1/2 mile. Overall, definitely would stay here again due to the friendly service.

The staff was second to none; very personable and attentive. The property had a quintessential Parisian, yet cozy vibe; a bit of a home away from home feeling and it was very convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping.

Elisa & Dino who work on reception are wonderful 10/10. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. This is the nice thing about staying in a smaller Hotel, the staff genuinely seem to care.
Our room was spacious, clean and had the most wonderful view overlooking the Seine & Norte Dame. Comfortable beds.
Perfect location-Walking distance to everything(Metro, shops, restaurants, grocery store).
Also, excellent communication with me before our arrival. I had a pre-welcome text/email that gave me an opportunity to ask questions.

Excellent location, near Notre Dame, near many restaurants and shopping area, near taxis, near visiting sites, near canal, the hotel is renovated, clean , big space, very helpful staff... totally recommend it
