Central city hotel. Very close to railroad station and everything in the city. Very nice room and service-minded staff. Close to both shopping arcades and small ethnic shops from all over the (french-speaking) world. We enjoyed the restaurants and the cafes nearby. A very pleasant stay at this hotel.

We slept here 5 nights. No problem really. What we had seen online corresponds to what we found, even better and above my expectations. Our experience: clean rooms, perfect linen. The bathroom was small but functional. There was no bidet but we knew that is the standard in France and it wasn't a problem for us. We particularly appreciated the equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to drink a coffee and eat something as soon as we woke up. And prepare something simple to eat: healthy and you save a lot of money. And then you don't always feel like staying out in the evening, when you've been wandering around Paris all day. The bow windows are beautiful, you feel like the room is even bigger. We did everything online, but there is always someone present at the reception. This increases safety and if you have any problems they help you solve it easily. The guys were particularly kind and we thank them. In the small hall you can also purchase some snacks, water and drinks, and prepare your own coffee. There is also a small secure room where you can temporarily leave your luggage for free on the last day, if you have a late flight and want to see more of Paris This Staycity location has about twenty rooms, maybe more. Our room could be made to communicate with the one next door, and this makes it possible to host small family groups. The building is 400 meters from Gare dell'Est and allows you to reach the center quickly by metro and bus. There is also a night bus. The area around and the train station is full of services, useful shops. There is no shortage of restaurants and buffet bars, a small supermarket. By booking directly we got a discount. I would say a perfect solution for us and we will definitely return. The only small negative thing (but really small): the building opposite is undergoing redevelopment (April 2024) the works are underway but will certainly last a few more months. There are various construction noises, but only during the day, starting from precisely 8.00 am. It's still bearable and we didn't mind too much as we were getting ready to go out into the city.

If you're planning a trip to Paris, I recommend Staycity Aparthotel Gare De l'est in the 10th arrondissement. I had an amazing experience while I was there travelling for work. The staff, including the concierge, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication and attention to detail really impressed me. They provided extra amenities, helped me arrange transportation, offered assistance with bookings and reservations, and even safely stored my luggage and some parcels that I received both prior to and after check-out. They were truly available to assist anytime, and going that extra mile for a guest made me feel valued and cared for. The hotel is in a fantastic location, near both Gare De L'est and Gare Du Nord train stations, with easy access to the metro and other major attractions. I especially loved being just a 10-minute walk from the St. Martin canal, lined with fantastic local restaurants and shops. The apartment-style layout is pretty spacious for a typical Paris hotel and comes with all the essential amenities. The rooms were very clean and had large windows that let in lots of natural light. At night, it was quiet and I rarely heard noise from the street. I felt safe as a female solo traveller as the front desk is open 24 hours and has a secure entrance that requires your room card for entrance. Overall, my experience at Staycity Aparthotel Gare De l'est was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was amazing, and the rooms were comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a reliable and affordable place stay in the heart of Paris!

Convenient location near public transports, restaurantes and supermarkets Rooms (mattress, heating system, noise isolation), kitchen equipments and general room cleaning (smelly, and kitchen materials not properly washed) to be improved

Great hotel with perfect location. There's an underground station only 5 min walk from the hotel with great connections to all main places. Busy area but on night quite when you sleep. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Bed were very confortable and the room quiet, so we add a very good sleep experience. The location was very good for us (a lot of nice places walkable from the hotel) and the staff very friendly. Value for money is decent for Paris standards.
