入住時前台告知房款已付，衹需要當場付十幾歐城市税，我刷了卡 。半夜酒店未經許可直接又從卡里扣了€507, 8/13一早告知攜程並出示扣款憑證給酒店前台，酒店答應第二天上午會退款，至今未收到退款。另外第二天發現房型給的不是我訂的伽裏略（大房型），攜程和酒店都答應退房時會退差價€50,過了一天了，也沒收到退款。對於未經授權這樣大筆扣款很不理解，也覺得非常沒保障。

Nice location with helpful staffs
The hotel room is not big but it is enough for open 2 luggage in the room.
It is recommended people coming for leisure or business trip.

We like the location of the hotel. Everything of interesst is nearby and u can reach it by foot. The personal is very kind and helpfull.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
There was an area to fill water containers that could be brought to your room and a Coffee/hot chocolate machine that you could use at any time.
The area around the hotel is close to transit and has lot of food options and shopping options. It was in such a central location and i would definitely stay here again!

What a gem of a hotel. Easy walk from the Chalet Les Halles train station for easy transport from Orly and around the city. Steps for the Louvre. And on a quiet street so no late night city noise. Rooms are small! But well laid out and the bed comfortable.

We got to Paris quite late, but reception was 24 hours so that was good.
Nice little pod room. Great shower for a tall person.
Really good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

We loved the unique style of the hotel, unlike anywhere else in Paris. The room was larger than we expected and the staff were very friendly.
