房間很新，很漂亮，住了一週，很喜歡，還送了香檳。早餐點餐制也好吃。

古堡酒店，1、位置：實際位置在巴黎16區，離凱旋門並不遠，但是離所有景區、購物區域都是需要坐車的，走就遠了。這個區域算是深入巴黎了，好像是使館富人區，在酒店附近溜達0亞洲面孔，全是遛狗的local。2、酒店本身不大，整體應該是重新裝修過，裏裡外外花園噴泉都非常精緻漂亮；裝修材料、擺件都是講究的好東西。3、早餐42歐，歐式早餐，無功無過，但餐廳非常漂亮，值得吃。4、這個酒店整體很老錢，住客年紀也偏大，氛圍有點serious，可能我太年輕。所以覺得不如寶格麗、白馬的氛圍好

A fairy tale is how I think of our time at Saint James. A perfect story book tale where I was a lucky Princess. Thank you for creating this magical place of happy employees, delicious food, and fanciful design for guests to enjoy a visit feeling very special and cared for. I would not change a thing! Even little Pilou shared just enough of his time in the dining room to leave us wanting his return. Thank you!

My husband and I just spent a beautiful week at this property and will never stay anywhere else when we come to Paris. Returning to the St. James after a busy day out creates the sense of coming home to a discrete, elegant and peaceful sanctuary. Everyone who works at this property made us feel utterly comfortable and welcome. The fact that St. James is also an exclusive club creates a delightful sense of being connected to the community, especially in the Library Bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable and our suite which faced the garden area was very quiet, we would never know we were in a city. It is very easy to get to all parts of Paris via cab, since we are walkers we actually enjoyed reaching many major sights on foot as well. We also fell in love with the 16th as a neighborhood during our stay, it is lively and interesting but not touristy and also feels very safe. Would give this lovely hotel 6 stars if I could, many many compliments for creating such a beautiful, welcoming guest experience!!

We kept feeling like the hotel kept things just short of fantastic, so it was fine. The location off the beaten path was nice and quiet. The front desk and the concierge/bell staff were fantastic, but the food/beverage staff were almost rude and very inattentive -- especially in the restaurant. It was like we were bothering them when we asked for anything.

Before trying a new property, one looks at reviews, to see if there are any red flags. After a stay at the Saint James, one is left wondering -- what are these people talking about when they criticize this gem of a hotel. Everything about the Saint James is perfect. The decor is just lovely. The comfort of the room, including the bed, was top-notch. And the service can not be faulted in any regard. The attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, and everything runs like clockwork. Particularly special was the breakfast. The hotel is an oasis of comfort, well-being, and charm, and one can venture to say that it's even a notch above the Palace Hotels, which are fabulous, but don't come close to the bespoke overall experience here. My only hesitation is leaving such a glowing review, so too many people learn about this superlative property, making it hard to get a room.

I had to cancel because of an emergency with my passport. I was not helped or even offered a voucher to return. I was appalled that a Relais and Chateaux property could not be more accommodating to a guest who is in duress. I would expect a Relais and Chateaux property to care for their guests in a more thoughtful manner. If they had issued me a voucher for the stay rather than charged me for the cancellation, I would certainly have returned. Under the circumstances, I would never return. They did NOT behaving according to the expectations of five-star hospitality. They behaved, rather, as if the guest doesn't matter. "We are running a business" they said on the phone- their business is hospitality, is it not? It is ensuring the guests' comfort and satisfaction, is it not? They acted inhospitable. They crushed me in an already horrible situation. I felt unwelcome. I feel sick.
