Hôtel qui se situe dans quartier calme, proche de tout. Chambre bien mais propreté moyenne et présentant des signes de vieillissement. Accès piscine privatisé, 30€ les 45min, prix élevé surtout que le hammam ne fonctionne pas. Personnel très poli et serviable

hotel bien situé, terrasse privée tres rare a paris, mais niveau propreté et service laisse a désirer, balcon avec crottes de pigeons, tache sur la moquette, le nettoyage de la chambre fais a la va vite, non remplacement des verres sales, ni de la bouteille d'eau alors qu'il fesai 40 degres. nettoyage tres très approximatif

This property was in a beautiful area and it was walking distance from several stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that after day 1 of my stay, the air went out and it was very warm in the room. My husband had to put in a notification twice but it was handled shortly afterwards. The other issue is that the sink was stopped up and it was reported but never resolved. We were still able to deal with it. All in all, this was a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying again. The themed artwork in the lobby, the hallway on each floor and each room was absolutely beautiful!

This is an adorable, modern boutique hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are small but well appointed. It’s a short walk to the metro station and two blocks from the Seine with a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

It is a 4 stars hotel but condition is like a 2 stars in Canada and US. They did not have a iron inside my room. I had to ask them. They brought for me an old iron that made colours on my clothes. The taxi that I reserved by hotel while online checking, did not appeared. But they charged me 8 euro down payment in advanced. I had to go with another taxi from airport. I asked the receptionist to refund my money. She tried het best and she was very nice snd polite. Finally I got my refund email. But the taxi service was refused to return it back at the begining. With my insist and her effort, I finally got email for refund. Staffs are very nice and polite. Cleaning was good. Overal was good experience.
