I stayed here with my mum on our Paris trip. The location is fantastic, couldn’t have asked for better and conveniently a supermarket nearby. The guy at front desk was helpful however I believe if you’re arriving Sundays, Wednesdays, bank holidays or after 7pm then you have instructions to let yourself in, kind of Airbnb style but all the instructions/doors etc perfectly easy to use. The bed is a fold out sofa so not loads of room once it’s brought out but was comfortable enough. Quite basic but all you need and I’m not sure you’d get much better value for this central location in Paris. Oh important to mention - our apartment was on the 5th floor and quite a hike up. There is one of those tiny lifts fitting one person which I wouldn’t use so worth noting this if it’s likely to be an issue for you.
