The staff was very accommodating to get me in the room early for a conference call. Excellent staff.
TV remote was wrong and they came up immediately to replace the remote.

Absurd that they do not have feather free bedding. There are many people allergic to feathers and this facility does not have featherless pillows or featherless comforters. The housekeeping was sporadic, at best. Housekeeper did keeping 1 day and no more.

TV’s were difficult to get working, had to keep resetting them. Love the convenience of restaurants within the building.

This is a great hotel in Parker. It's fairly new and is super clean. My room was very quiet. I slept so good in the new bed and sheets. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. Thank you so much!

I frequent this hotel at least once a month... I am met with such a friendly face at the reception desk. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the service is phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful and everything is immaculate such a great location highly recommend.

I really liked interior and rooms
Parking is not the best and decor for bar/restaurants alittle bland.
I don’t know why I thought it would be more of a country type setting but it’s a nice hotel

I really like this hotel. It's all new and really nice. The room was super comfortable and clean. I'm a frequent traveler and this has been one of the best hotels I've been in lately. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is new, super clean and pretty, and close to restaurants. We had our golden retriever with us, and everyone was accommodating and welcoming to her.
