„在酒店住了九天，客觀點評一下 服務特別好。無論是前台小姐姐小哥哥還是保潔阿姨，都非常熱情友好，像朋友家人一樣。入住期間有任何需求前台小姐姐都會盡力幫忙解決 房間的硬件設施不錯，裝修很新，每間房的佈局裝修都不相同。我們這次入住的601雙床房，房間很寬敞，三個人一點也不擠。阿姨每天清潔得很仔細，房間住的很舒服 周邊整體環境不錯，停車方便，民宿自帶一個小遊泳池，前台有現磨咖啡可以喝，二樓有茶室可以喝茶聊天 幾個小小的建議： 1. 公共區域例如會議室，活動室，茶室的衞生細節還可以做得更好 2. 僅就601房間而言，房間很大但是沒有書桌。要是有一張寫字吃飯用的桌子會提高房間的空間使用率和實用性 3. 作為山裡的民宿，蚊蟲防治還可以做的更好一些。儘管房間配有紗窗紗門，但是房間裏還是偶爾會有蚊蟲。 4. 601房間離民宿外面的公用操場很近，入住期間有幾天晚上夜深了還有不小的噪音。希望可以限制操場最晚的使用時間，保證客人的休息 總的來説這是一次瑕不掩瑜的住宿體驗，以後來桂東避暑還會優先考慮這家民宿”

„很少主動在攜程寫評價，但是這家店我是一定要寫的，酒店的硬件、軟件、服務都太太太太太到位了，很難想象酒店的管理者是如何能把一家小縣城裡的酒店服務工作人員培訓、管理的如此之好。從到達酒店停車場下車開始，就有熱情的小哥哥小姐姐上來幫我們拎行李，酒店的每一位工作人員臉上都洋溢着熱情的微笑，下午逛完景區回來下雨了，一位阿姨（應該是保潔人員）主動撐着傘就過來幫我們打傘、抱孩子。。。第一次住酒店有了感動的感覺，真的非常非常贊，酒店房間的設計是花了心思的，房間都非常大，而且是開始媲美五星酒店或是度假村酒店的設計，五一期間沒遇上好天氣，等到夏天的時候我一定還會再來這裏住一住。”

„抱着試試看的心態先訂了一晚，體驗感超級贊！馬上又續住了。雖然電梯和房間設施都能看出來有些年份了，但整體乾淨舒適，因為在三台山公園裡麪，環境很幽靜，尤其是陽台，是整個酒店我最喜歡的地方。桂東的夏天，一整天任何時間段都可以安然的坐在酒店陽台上喝茶聊天、看書刷手機，發呆看星星，感覺太棒了！酒店出來就是三台山公園的步行棧道，可以環湖走走，也可以沿着小溪流走走，下行方向的溪流有幾處水很清也很平，很適合小朋友玩水捉魚捉蝦。吃飯可以開車或者走下山去吃，山下步行十來分鐘還有個稍微大一點的超市。開車過來的話，住這裏去哪裡都是很方便的。總體來説這個酒店非常適合躺平式避暑度假！下次過來還會來住！”

強烈推薦這家民宿！原本衹是圖便宜，沒想到體驗遠超預期。一日三餐的水準都很高，早餐暖胃，午餐和晚餐豐富又美味。房間寬敞明亮，床上用品乾淨柔軟。民宿裏還有休閑區域，能喝茶聊天。性價比高不説，服務也貼心，有種賓至如歸的感覺。以後來這邊，就認定這家民宿了，絕對不換！

Idealne miejsce na wycieczkę rodzinną. Pokoje są wystarczająco duże, dzieci są aktywne. Hotel ma nie tylko miejsce do zabawy dla dzieci, ale także przystanek dobroczynny, który oferuje atak na okolice atrakcji dla dzieci i rodzin. Zdrowie jest szczególnie dobre, łazienka nie ma zapachu, ręczniki i łóżko są czyste i bardzo spokojne. Począwszy od powitalnych drinków, do codziennej czystości pokoi, szczegóły są bardzo uważnie uważne. 老婆選的，我們從廣州出發，驅車五個多小時到達，入住雲海樹屋，房間風景超預期，在暑期更是驚喜的性價比。山中棧道徒步體驗也是超預期，隱世感滿分。全員服務熱情，部分崗位能看出是暑期工，眼睛裏都帶着稚嫩和緊張☺️ 晚上參加了篝火晚會，受到了郴州電視台的採訪，和 1 米九的哪吒和 1 米 7 的女敖丙跳了藏族廣場舞，讓我想起了香格里拉四方街的快樂。 跳完舞回來在湖邊有個唱 Ktv 的，旁邊有個酒吧，歌者顯然沒有 I 人，當然我倆更不是，在星空下山海邊，唱上一首山丘，一首天空，同其他遊人相互叫好，很有意思。 ---------好的，分割線來了-------- 1.房間裏沒有咖啡機，也沒有泡茶套裝，衹有袋茶😅在房間裏真是幹呆著看美景。 最驚的是餐廳裏也沒有😳長者家都不喝咖啡？ 2.早餐雲海樹屋這邊也要跑去餐廳吃，有車接這功夫...送一下體驗感不更強，賣的不是房間看日出嗎🤣其實這個入住時候給中西餐兩個標準送餐或去餐廳吃客人自選不就完了，個人覺得你房費再貴點住這邊的也不會在意。 3.這個我頭一次遇到讓多給兩瓶礦泉水時候要收費，六元並不是問題，但真是頭一次遇到。 風景和全員的熱情非常滿意，雖然有細節不盡人意，但相信這些都能做到更好，針對部分房型的差異化運營畢竟成本並不高😄👌
