Friendly service with excellent breakfast and clean linen. The hotel provides pickup service from/to. the airport and the train station. Patient and helpful driver who patiently waited for us to check in at the train station and only left when we informed him that the train would be leaving on schedule. Our earlier train was cancelled due to sand storm and the hotel kindly allowed us to extend the checkout time.

We are very grateful to the help we received from Manager Ms Yang and her team leader. Your ex-ordinary service standards are beyond words can described. We have the best hotel staying here for the whole trip in XINJIANG (21 days). We cannot but THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a big comfortable room with all the necessary facilities, good shower, and clean towels and water supplied every day. Staff was pleasant, but could not speak a word of English so were not a lot of help in getting around the city. Hotel is a considerable walk from the centre of Hotan.

I have entered Xinjiang from Lingnan. I have stayed at Yudu Hetian Lan'ou Hotel for the first time and have this Yashe in the downtown area. I am a blessing for travelers. Lan'ourong Art is in the residence, the exhibition is elegant, the living room is bright and peaceful, the bed is soft, and the water heating is constant. Adjacent to the Tuancheng Night Market, the scenery of Nanjiang is very convenient. The waiter is modest and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

It feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs). All in all, it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in while traveling in China.

best hotel in this place, near the lakes, all amenities are around the hotel, good breakfast, very clean, all hotel staffs are amazing manager, assistant manager, front desk, housekeeping , Restaurent staffs, overall good experienced to stay in this hotel so stayed same hotel in 6 days. highly recommended
