„We stayed just for a short night to take an early train. 5 minutes walk to train station. Breakfast was Asian style start at 6 am. Room was standard, bed on the harder side. Bathroom with open shower, means after shower the whole floor gets wet, which we don‘t like. Compared to other hotels, I would pay less for this room.”

„Byliśmy trochę rozczarowani pokojem z widokiem na morze, który pierwotnie zarezerwowaliśmy, ponieważ ciepła woda nie była wystarczająco ciepła. Niespodziewanie, po tym jak zgłosiliśmy to do hotelu, kierownik hotelu natychmiast pozwolił nam zmienić pokój, który okazał się pokojem z widokiem na morze i balkonem, i hojnie dał nam butelkę czerwonego wina! Sprawiło to, że poczuliśmy się pełni szczerości! Ten pobyt nie odjął nam żadnych punktów z powodu małego problemu na początku. Wręcz przeciwnie, hojne podejście do kryzysu znacznie poprawiło naszą przychylność wobec hotelu!”

„Highly recommended to any foreign tourists to stay at Fulkind hotel if you ever plan to visit Hualien.  The location is marvelous ie within town centre and only 5 mins walk to the famous hualien night market.  Service provided by the hotel staffs was tip top. Room is clean n tidy. Also free car park available.”
