The hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

The best hotel in Linshu. Staying 2 nights at the hotel which has too many wedding parties. What a pity that the 3 washing machines are not working during our stay.

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

I stayed at Linyi Yihe Hotel (Jinjiang) / 临沂大剧院沂河宾馆（锦江） from 22–25 January, and I honestly left thinking, “Yes, this is how a hotel should be run.” First impressions were strong: the lobby felt fresh and well-kept, and check-in was quick with staff who were polite without being overly formal. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up for an easy, comfortable stay. The bed was genuinely good, the shower felt new and powerful, and little details like the heated smart toilet made winter mornings far less grim than usual.  What I appreciated most was how practical everything was. There’s a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a real bonus on a short trip, and even takeaway deliveries are handled smoothly with a delivery robot, so you don’t end up hovering around reception.  Despite being near the Grand Theatre and a main road, the room stayed pleasantly quiet at night, so sleep wasn’t an issue.  Breakfast was a solid buffet, not flashy, but reliable and well-managed, with staff keeping things topped up.  Overall, it felt clean, calm, and competently staffed—excellent value for money, and I’d happily book it again.

Highly recommend this Xi'an hotel! The overall decoration is exquisite and elegant, and the atmosphere is very good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and the check-in is fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitary details are in place, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The room lighting is soft and the makeup mirror is very intimate. The mattress is moderately firm and the bedding is comfortable, and you can relax after a busy day. The sound insulation effect is good and the environment is quiet. The supporting facilities are complete and the network is stable. Convenient location, many dining options around. The service is meticulous and intimate, the price is very good, the travel experience is comfortable, I will choose here next time I come, it is recommended!

When we arrived at Linyi railway station it was raining heavily. Visiting the scenic spots we planned was out of the question. Besides we soon realised that the places we were interested in visiting were easier to get to from the Linyi Railway area. A quick search on Trip.com revealed this branch of the Jinjiang hotel and we decided to book a room on the spot. We later realised that not only was this hotel in a prime departure launching point but the area around it was full of local eateries, market & small sundry shops. The museum & Langya Old Town are just a short bus ride away. Truly convenient. Meanwhile they have the most amazingly helpful staff. A special shout out to the pleasant smiling lady who checked us in. She answered all our many questions with great patience and helpful information. A great asset to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was incredible for the price. We like everything about the hotel so much that we extended another night with them!

這次因為旅遊入住貴酒店，前台一位叫 [員工姓名] 的員工給我留下了極其深刻的印象。當時我因為航班延誤深夜才到，非常疲憊，她不僅快速幫我辦理了入住，還貼心地為我準備了一份宵夜，並詳細介紹了酒店的設施。這種超越期望的服務讓我感覺像回家一樣温暖。房間同樣無可挑剔，乾淨、安靜、舒適。因為這位優秀的員工和整體的高品質，我必須給出五星好評！

Nice hotel with a grandeur entrance. The staff was amazingly helpfull. As the building is old the upper floors shower took 15 min to get hot water, what is really a waste, but after that it was good. The hotsprings just beside the hotel are quite old, and the “maintenance” concept doesn’t seam to exist. Whatever still works… works the rest don’t. Still we had a good time, but be aware it might be a deception if you are not at ease with half the things not working

We got a little trapped with a bait and switch on the amazing breakfast video, I salvated for days before arriving to China. But like anything too good to be true probably is. That is, the price was just 12 or 13 US dollars and its a clean nice hotel with real towels (not paper bath towels) and real sheets not synthetic like paper. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast had a few tasty items and the main lady chef will help with making some scrambled eggs or eggs and rice. Not much to drink for breakfast unless you find the hidden cold and hot water bottle behind the wall leading to the kitchen. Ask for a non smoking room with a windows. The staff was very helpful, cleaning lady supplied us at our ”do not disturb” door as needed, waters, clean towels. The staff helped show us the operation of the washer and dryer, but the cloths can dry in the room in a day and half. As chinese dryers are like on a 3 hour plan. The total rate was like $53 for 4 nights and 8 breakfasts. Unreal great value with basically nothing compromised. Chinese hotels for $12 to $50 are way better than $80-100 motels in us dollars in the USA. If your rate is acceptable its a comfortable place. Our stay was quiet except Monday breakfast full of travelling students on a holiday. Recommemd highly for non-materialistic non-luxury type folks wanting clean comfort. Oh. The mattress is like lots of places, hard. Not like a rock but super firm. I dont think our TV worked. But could be controller batteries we didn't check. Enjoy.
