A Second Stay That Felt Like Coming Home Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here. On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team. I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable. As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help. Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! Our stay at Sanjiang Juyoulou Inn was great and the Inn owners are a sweet, amazing couple that helped us out a lot! We wanted to learn about the local handcraft and the owner helped us to organise a lesson in Chinese embroidery through some of his contacts, which was so cool! They also helped us to book places for the banquet and the festivities at the drum tower, which, through a collab, is also cheaper than if we had booked them ourselves :) On our last day, we left for the rice terraces in a even more rural area, and the owner explained us exactly - with a sweet hand-written note - how to get there with the different busses we needed to take. He also drove us to the first bus stop in his personal car for free. Amazing and kind people, a beautiful room and a nice view :)

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

The lobby manager Ms Chen was quite friendly and helpful on serivece. The airconditioning can be improved but overall a safe and comfortable stay.

這次入住怡程酒店整體體驗真的很好的。首先服務這塊讓我印象很好，我是凌晨入住的，前台還是很熱情的接待，很快就辦理入住，説話語氣也很舒服，而且感覺非常真誠，有問題諮詢的時候也會耐心解答。進房間後整體環境乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床鋪睡起來很舒服，晚上休息得很好。酒店的位置也挺方便，樓下就是商圈，吃東西、逛街都很近，但回到房間又不會覺得吵，隔音還可以。公共區域看起來也比較清爽，沒有雜亂的感覺。整體來説是那種住着很安心的酒店，細節做得到位，價格也算合理，下次來柳州應該還會選擇這裏。

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. Overall a great place and super nice staff.

Mieliśmy tam wspaniałe doświadczenie. Bardzo polecam ten hotel dla podróżnych. Świetny na miejscu restauracja i bar kawiarnia. Moja żona zrzuciła kawę, a kelner był wystarczająco miły, aby zastąpić ją bez dodatkowych opłat. Ten hotel jest tuż obok teatru IMAX i centrum handlowego. Polecam próbować sprzedawców ulicy za hotelem na pyszne jedzenie, takie jak sushi i kurczaka piersi w niewiarygodnych niskich cenach.

This time I drove from Guilin to Liuzhou. When I arrived at Rong'an, it was almost dark. I decided to stay at the high speed for one night. I searched in the service area and saw that Yiduo Hotel had a good rating and navigated directly to the past. When I arrived at the hotel, at 7 o'clock in the evening, the front desk brother looked at me and said, ”take a break first, don't worry.” The room is on the second floor and there is no need to wait for the elevator. The sheets and quilts were very clean, the bathroom had no smell, and the whole person was comfortable after a bath. After settling down, I went out to find food. The little brother recommended the night market on Qilou Street and said that it took ten minutes to walk. There are many food stalls on the street, and the fireworks are very strong. I ate filter powder, roasted bamboo shoots, hibiscus, and drank a bowl of mung bean paste. It only cost more than 30 yuan to eat. The next morning, my brother recommended Continent Island to me, saying ”good air in the morning, you can also see cattle”. It takes a few minutes to drive from the hotel. There is a large grassland on the island, and the cattle are eating grass, which is very original. Walked around the island, the air was fresh and the river view was beautiful. At noon, I ate the riverside fish at the farmhouse near Dazhou Island. The fish was fished in Rongjiang. It was very fresh. It was cooked with sour pickles and peppers. It was sour and hot and appetizing, and it was served with two bowls of rice. Originally, it was a temporary rest, but I found that Rong'an, a small city, is very interesting. There are old streets, river views, food, and slow pace. Next time I come to live for two days, I will go shopping where I have not visited. This hotel is also comfortable, clean, good parking, good service, the first choice for passing by Rong'an.
