„I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.”

„廬江的第一家全季酒店！！房間面積寬敞向陽，衞生打掃得也非常細緻，客房的工作阿姨特別熱情，每次見面都會問好。前台的小姑娘辦入住很快，剛到店就給我們倒了茶水，服務很好。體驗了一次華住會的洗衣機烘乾機，確實名不虛傳，衣服烘乾後非常柔軟舒適。比較驚喜的是早餐還有廬江的特色米餃，因為是元宵節，還準備了湯圓。一次非常棒的入住體驗！！！走的時候前台小姑娘給我拿了一份伴手禮還給我帶了一瓶水。有機會還會再次入住”

再説兩個缺點，一個是氣味有點難聞，可能是通風不夠，一進門味道怪怪的，待久了開了會窗户適應了，但是廁所的味道一直很難聞，就好像有個***在上大號，一直排風也味道還在。還有一個是水壓不穩，天氣涼快沒有淋浴，就用了水龍頭洗臉，水忽大忽小忽冷忽熱很不穩定。

GGośćWe were there for one night and the service was very good. They took good care of us and helped as much as possible. The hotel is quite new with very nice swimming pool. The rooms are nice and the food is also good. The hotel is located inside a natural park with beautiful surroundings. 10min walking you have a playground for kids. You can also do some short trekking to the top of a pagoda. Highly recommend!

HHuichiroudexiannvya酒店今年新開業，設施很新，關閉門窗情況下不可避免地還是有些裝修味道的，但開窗會有蚊蟲，但是卻又沒有安裝窗紗門紗，不過酒店也配置了空氣凈化器可以打開運行。我們入住的套房是頂層，屋頂挑高，顯得非常寬敞明亮。房間裝修也是現在流行的大氣簡潔風格，可惜洗臉盆的設計有問題，好看不實用，導致總是排水不凈，總有餘水滯留在池內。另外我們入住的房間是朝向鄉村馬路的，而隔着馬路對面有當地村民院內養着十幾衹雞鵝，半夜三點就開始有公雞打鳴，時斷時續，吵得我們無法熟睡。將近兩千的價格不能保證安靜的睡眠環境，入住體驗肯定還是打了折扣的。酒店離黛鰲山景區大門很近，步行幾分鐘便可到達。即使在國慶節期間，和其他熱門景區相比，這裏景區遊客也是寥寥，對於我們這種喜歡安靜、討厭人從眾、希望避開國慶節期間客流高峯的遊客來説，入住這裡是一種很好的選擇。除了離景區近，就餐也很方便。酒店本身就提供餐飲，當然價格也不菲。在距離快到達酒店大約700米處公路左手邊有家叫黛鰲山人家的夫妻店餐館，我們就餐選擇這裏，午餐晚餐吃了幾次都覺得味道不錯，性價比可以，所以就餐也不是問題。酒店內針對住客舉辦的活動不少，什麼早上打八段錦、做手工香囊之類的，可以看出來酒店方還是花了不少心思的。酒店有游泳池，即使入秋了，也還是有遊客打卡游泳的。酒店管理有序，工作人員都積極熱情，退房時還非常貼心地送了我們中秋節月餅禮盒。廬江有秀美的湖光山色和豐富的旅遊資源，高端酒店民宿也是在近幾年來、在被劃歸合肥城市區域後快速開發建設發展起來的，衷心希望廬江旅遊業酒店業能興旺發達，希望廬江能夠成為合肥市民休閑度假的後花園。

VValeriaMRecientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en este hotel nuevo que, aunque tiene un gran potencial, aún necesita trabajar en varios aspectos para ofrecer una experiencia verdaderamente memorable a sus huéspedes. Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.

MMichael ClWe booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days.
Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.

叫車服務不是很方便，從住宿去農場雖然不遠，但是小朋友不想走路，就一輛景觀車，司機還經常有事。
因為住過齊雲山自由家樹屋，對比起來這邊性價比不算太高，就是離合肥近，方便開車來玩，希望農場還能開發更多小朋友玩的活動，現在跟農家樂也沒啥太大區別。
樹屋住的環境還是不錯的，就是沒有電視……

GGośćAtmosfera i wyposażenie są bardzo dobre, a dzieciom bardzo się podoba, ale obsługa w recepcji jest fatalna. Chciałam zmienić kolor prezentu dla dzieci, ale one od razu odmówiły, bo nie miały czasu. Zapytałam, czy kierownik jest na miejscu i czy chciałabym się z nim skontaktować, a on odpowiedział wprost, że jest zajęty i nie ma czasu. Zapracowanie w pracy nie usprawiedliwia złego nastawienia, a nie było żadnego wyjaśnienia, tak jak zalegali nam z opłatą za pokój i nas wyrzucili. To hotel dla rodziców z dziećmi, ale dzieci nie były zadowolone po zakończeniu przedstawienia. To naprawdę nieprzyjemne inwestować tak dużo, żeby przyciągnąć klientów, a potem nie móc ich zatrzymać.

YYYFAUG五一出遊我們選擇入住水西門少間•廬城譯酒店，參考了多家酒店，房間的大小，環境，周邊都是特別適合親子游的，首先入住的時候有加微信發路引，到了酒店一樓的空間非常大可以作餐廳會議廳使用，非常安靜，酒店幫我們安排了安靜的三樓，雖然酒店説可以抽煙，我們到了該擔心有煙味結果沒有，衞生狀況非常好，拖鞋都是消毒好的，所有的洗護產品氣味清香滋潤，房間面積有四五十平小孩子開心的跑來跑去，還有配備蚊香液刮鬍刀房間空調很給力房間很涼快。裝修很好不怕壞人安裝隱形攝像頭。隔音略微有點差應該是門的原因，周邊有多家飯店，還有豐富的遊樂園項目，崗灣老家，廬江中心城，距離酒店一兩公里開車過去也很方便，酒店的接待服務真誠耐心，停車場車位充足，就是個別靠邊車位被附近的遛狗人士污染了，有氣味沒及時清理，希望水西門物業重視起來。中心廣場還有小龍蝦燒烤，大大的玩偶草莓熊熊貓，以及小動物孩子很喜歡。總之選擇沒有出錯。

VValeriaMI recently stayed at this brand new hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking—just an hour from Hefei, this tranquil oasis is perfect for disconnecting and immersing oneself in nature.
Families will love the variety of activities available, including a playground, water features, and scenic walking and biking paths. The only suggestion I have is to swap out the noisy gasoline karts for more eco-friendly options to enhance the peaceful ambiance.
Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! Can’t wait to return!
