„I am kind of disappointed. First, I don’t have freedom to set room temperature. It was so warm and stuffy in the room. Room temperature was 27 degree even I set air conditioning to 18. So I called front desk to explain the situation, they said engineers would make adjustments, temperature would drop in 30 minutes. It did drop to 26. Unfortunately, it remained the same situation after we returned from out about. Problem remained in our four days stay. Window is so dirty, please refer to the photo. Breakfast is not worthy to try.”

„This is a clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Mianyang. The rooms are a good size and our non smoking room was really non smoking :) Cleaning is well done and beds are comfortable. The hotel is reasonably quiet, considering the location in a busy spot. The bathroom design is a bit strange with a semi transparent window next to the shower. People in the room can clearly see the person in the shower, especially at night if the bathroom light is on. It could be uncomfortable if you are travelling with friends or colleagues. Also the hot water wasn’t very hot. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly. They don’t really speak English but they have apps to help translate. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

„出差黨都懂，找個舒適的酒店太重要了。昨天住這家，沒有五星級那種端着的感覺，也不像快捷酒店那麼湊合，就是剛剛好的商務氛圍，舒服！ 幾個小細節特別戳我： 1. 前台免費幫我打印文書，即便收費我也覺得貼心，畢竟在陌生城市，這種服務太加分了。 2. 房間設計很妙，洗漱區和睡覺區隔開，有種小套房的錯覺，感覺花大床房的錢住了個套間。電視還能投屏，15分鐘搞定網上會議，又刷了一會兒電視，100多個台沒看完就餓了。換身休閑裝下樓，把臟衣服扔自助洗衣機，2~3分鐘就溜達到隔壁凱德廣場吃飯，綿陽的晚上真挺有生活氣，疲憊感一下散了。 3. 逛回來，衣服已經洗好疊好裝袋了，服務生還問要不要夜宵——饞但忍住了，禮貌謝絕。又去健身房走了會登山模式，服務生進來放了瓶水，細節拉滿。 4. 亞朵的床品就不用多説了，老網紅了，確實舒服。 總之，這次體驗感滿分，以後到綿陽，一定還住這裏！”

Ggeraldv45Very good facilities. The breakfast menu is delicious! A bit more communication regarding opening hour's of the Mianyang Airport would have been nice. Unfortunately when i checked out, i was not advised the airport would not open until 5am. I was at the airport 3 hour's before departure as requested. Being 4am....the place was deserted.... I highly recommend the taxi service as well as the local train system.

GGośćHad a challenge trying to decide which hotel to stay in Mianyang, understanding that it is a smaller city (compared to the first-tier ones) in China and lacking in international brands. Didn't help that the first local hotel we booked in Chengdu just prior to travelling to Mianyang was a boutique hotel that... could have been better. Eventually gave a miss to the listicle on Trip for the top 4-star hotels, but went for Vienna which was in the vicinity but with a high rating (not a 4-star hotel), mostly because it didn't have the noise complaints as compared to the other hotels nearer to the train station (there's ongoing public infrastructure works ongoing in that vicinity as well). We got lucky. Because Vienna is pretty great. The hotel still feels fairly new and we got the nice spacious rooms overlooking the river. And right at the doorstep was the Wanda Plaza. which meant food, shopping and play was a stone's throw away. There isn't much facilities on offer (it's positioned as a business hotel), but we knew what we signed up for, so all was good there. Breakfast was between 7am to 10.30am and its decent enough (just make sure to go in before 10am as they won't top up the trays after). In sum, Vienna is now a local brand that I'll think of for our next forays into different cities in China.

GGośćCelebrity Youngsun Hotel is a smaller sister hotel attached to the more premium Xinhua Hotel. Xinhua Hotel appears to be the main business while Celebrity Youngsun is the cheaper stay located in an inconvenient to access annexe building quite a walk away from the reception. Further, the annexe building itself has narrow stairs and corridors, no elevators provided (really troublesome if you have luggage) and the corridors and stairs are poorly lit and rather dark and a bit spooky for the faint of heart. Location thus gets a low score as the only plus point is that it is close to several bus stops and not too far from the Yuewang Tower. Amenities are decent and free breakfast is included in the stay with a decent spread provided. The hotel also has a rather popular restaurant, but as there was an event going on, did not have a chance to dine there.

NNiba一直比較喜歡美豪麗致酒店，感覺品質和服務都不錯，房間設計也很合理。這次是帶孩子們寒假出來玩，路過綿陽住一晚，孩子大了，選的親子房，都有自己的小空間。周圍購物吃喝也都很便利，酒店早餐也不錯，服務也還是不錯。不太好的是酒店的隔音，可以聽到隔壁一直説話的聲音。（想起來拍照片的時候大家都已經躺床上了，所以衹拍了局部，哈哈）

SSecond T.This is the first I stayed here after it’s new renovation. I will not recommend this hotel. Air conditioning is totally stop functioning starting October because the weather was getting cooler . So we have to open windows and electric fan for fresh air and get cooler. The hotel is located at most busiest traffic conjunction. So it is very noisy and warm in our room. Smoking everywhere. In addition, the breakfast is disappointing. Coffee machine was broken down, here go instant nestle coffee. The black marble floor is very sticky in the restaurant, it seems it has never been cleaned. Sorry, I won’t come again.

AAlessia MartinoThis looks like is a new hotel or under renovation, quite good. Location is near the train station, and right off multiple food streets/ night market. Easy to call cars and taxis. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast included. Simple but good. However, can always grab some snacks at reception. The room was fine with various amenities, including shampoos and drinking water. Room was clean and bed super comfotable. There is a kettle but takes forever to boil, no coffee or tea, and cups aren't washed daily. Our toothbrushes were thrown away daily on 4 day vacation, which felt a bit like a waste. One thing that was odd was a rooster 🐓 that was making noise from 4.30am every day, in the building across.

GGośćSpacious room, breakfast buffet is simple, but okay (typical Chinese breakfast: buns, rice soup, some fried vegetable dishes etc.). When we booked it also said dinner included, they were a bit surprised at first when we asked at the reception about that but then provided us with (homemade) noodle soup :-). We had bicycles with us and they showed us a space in the backyard to park them, protected from rain by a plastic cover.

MM.C SUThis is definitely the hotel for me once i return to Manyang City for official matters... Sinwell Hotel is conveniently & strategically located directly opposite to the MIANYANG Train Station where we are deployed to this beautiful City!
