When checking out, I had a lot of luggage, making it inconvenient to leave the hotel. I saw five staff members chatting at the front desk, but none of them came to help me open the door, even though there were no other customers at the front desk at the time.”

„This newly opened hotel, built into the mountainside, offers a great environment and excellent hygiene, with the actual facilities matching the photos. However, there are a few issues. Firstly, while the hotel states it includes breakfast, it's actually a packed breakfast, which is different, and this wasn't clearly stated on the details page. Secondly, because it's built into the mountains, the hotel lobby requires a trek uphill from the bottom, and the entrance isn't visible from the roadside; you have to turn in to find it. A clearer sign would be very helpful. As for the rooms, we stayed in a cave-style room, which lacked air conditioning and was quite humid. The staff suggested turning on the underfloor heating to dry it out (which might work well in cooler weather), but the contradiction is that in July, it's already hot, and turning on the heating makes the room even warmer. The cave room only has two small windows, so ventilation and airflow are very slow. We had to leave the door open, but then small mountain insects would fly in. If we kept the door closed, the room was too hot. I hope they can find a better solution in the future.”

„這是這次出行最滿意的一次入住體驗，也是看了評價來的，進門的小姐姐特別熱情，登記的時候給我們介紹了酒店的大概位置和這裏的特色小吃，怎麼出行方便等，我都有些驚訝現在的酒店培訓這麼好了嗎？結果上樓後樓梯口又遇到個保潔阿姨，很熱情的問好，詢問我們那個房間，指引我們房間在哪個方向，真的這些細節看似很普通，可對比之前住的好幾個快捷酒店，我們兩個有種意外驚喜的感覺，心情真的瞬間變得特別好，酒店看設施應該是老酒店了，有些磨損的痕跡，但衞生從床上的床品熨燙摺痕到衞生間的洗漱用品擺放，都體現了這家酒店的高標準衞生，為商家的用心點贊，很滿意”
