This hotel is located near many of Tianjin's attractions including Former Residence of Li Shutong, Jingang Bridge and Double-Decker Open-Top Sightseeing Bus. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Tianjin hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

„The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. „Very good location next to the hustle and bustle of the main pedestrian street. The breakfast buffet was the highlight as it offered so many local and international dishes! We requested a fan because the AC couldn’t be turned on during winter.”

„Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent. Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied. Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant .”

„Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. „room was extremely cosy and not stuffy despite avg temp outside was abt 6°C in the day, 1°C at night. Room actually quite cooled. Had sent some parcels to the hotel before checking in. Front office team took the time to find some of the parcels that were not sent directly to front desk (some were left at staff entrance by the deliveryman). There is 2 bubble tea chain (chagee and a little tea) right opposite the hotel! 7-11 located right beside the hotel and a metro station exit right opposite the hotel. So much convenience around the hotel.”

With a short walk, you can cross the oldest iron bridge that faces the iconic clock in front of the intercity electric train station to the beautiful Haihe Culture Square. The location is truly excellent. We had breakfast every morning on the 51st floor, enjoying the spectacular view of Tianjin city. hotel facilities include laundry room (DIY), small gym and lobby for waiting room. The service from reception and housekeeping is also very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for its facilities, service, and location.”

GGuest UserThis hotel is only a year old, and honestly, new is always good. Plus, they upgraded me to an executive room, so what's not to love? It was super comfortable. The HUAZHU beds are a bit too soft, but a quick flip and it was just right for me. The complimentary water looked like a premium brand (Chinese design has really improved!), I even had to double-check with the front desk to make sure it was free. I also really enjoyed the sparkling water in the mini-fridge. The breakfast milk was great; if only the coffee tasted as good.

TthemellowpuffThis hotel is truly amazing and great value for money. It is also very kid-friendly. When we arrived, my husband realised he had left his bag on the train. One of the reception staff, a lady wearing glasses, kindly helped us call the train station and successfully connected him to locate the bag. We were very grateful for her help. There are many thoughtful amenities beyond the usual, including a self-service laundry area, supper and even a foot-bath that we can request. Our stay included breakfast, which had a wide and satisfying variety, including bao, noodles, bread, yoghurt and more, definitely a hearty and simpleenjoyable spread. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianjin Train Station, making it easy to get around by car or train to many attractions. What we loved most is how kid-friendly the hotel is. Our family room had a small play area and there was even a child-height wash basin in the bathroom. There is also a dedicated kids’ play area on Level 3. All the staff were warm, pleasant, and always greeted us courteously, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

GGość👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGośćAwful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

GGośćI've stayed here before and returned for the prime location and great service, which did not disappoint! The team was very helpful when my room's AC stopped working, bringing a fan right away. Luckily, the cool weather meant I could just open the window. That said, the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated—the carpets and shower could use an upgrade. A solid 3-star stay this time around.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

GGośćI didnt know how big the room was. For this price the room is huge. The ”only” deluxe room is normal junior suite room size in other hotels. The funiture and the carpet is very old but for this size room and the view, I will book this hotel every time!
