My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable. Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

一座建在藝術館之上的酒店，我覺得拿國際設計獎當之無愧。 外立面採用歐洲新古典拱券紅磚建築形式，空間挑高開闊，引入充沛自然光，搭配流暢曲線與浮島卡座。銅褐色質感飾面與紅磚相互映襯，暗合青銅銹色肌理，完成本土文化符號的轉譯。酒店巧妙融入銅陵”古銅都”的青銅文化，真正做到”以銅為魂，山水為韻”。藝術元素融合得恰到好處，多一分宂雜，少一分缺憾，處處都能感受到設計者不俗的審美與品味。 性價比在線，入住體驗匹配價位。工作人員耐心温和，具備良好職業素養與禮儀。全屋智能設備，入住可以解放雙手;床品柔軟舒適,客房乾淨整潔。 作為對外開放自助餐的酒店，餐廳餐食食材考究。即便自助餐就餐，也會有服務人員及時收理餐盤。 整體入住體驗非常滿意。不過作為住客，也有一點小細節建議可以優化:淋浴間門口建議鋪設地墊，防止地面濕滑摔倒。 還送了吃的給我們 太開心了 前台服務人員很好很温柔餐廳服務員也很好幫我們提行李的小哥哥人也很好 這個價位這個地段服務還這麼好 餐食這麼好吃下次來一定選這裏

酒店位於天井湖對面，地理位置非常好，第二天早上吃完早飯在湖邊走走，景色不錯。房間有點小，但是比較乾淨整潔也挺新的。如果在帶早餐和不帶早餐相差比較大德情況下建議選擇不帶早飯德，説實話早飯非常一般，其他還行。

大堂環境還不錯，座位很多，提供茶水和許多實用的旅行物品，前台服務也很熱情，需求響應快速，每天的前台都很好業務熟練。房間質量比較糟糕，隔音很差，隔壁的吵鬧聲電視聲狗叫聲都很清晰，要到凌晨4點才能安靜休息，窗外的火車聲汽車喇叭聲也很響，關了窗户也沒多大用。衞生情況一般，一開始入住的時候馬桶尿味很大，後來續住打掃倒是清理得挺乾淨。網絡也相當卡，不太好用。小度智能助手會大半夜突然開始説話，房間的燈也會大半夜自己突然全部打開，莫名其妙非常嚇人

酒店離永泉小鎮超級近，走路過去5分鐘左右。酒店全部是密碼鎖，避免房卡丟失或者進不去的風險，酒店老闆服務態度也超級好，會很貼心的回答問題。環境也很好，房間床很大，門口還能免費停車，而且尋找也很方便就在馬路邊上，很顯眼，一眼就看到了。

A really good homestay, very close to Yongquan Town for a few minutes, the most important thing is that the environment is very good, very clean, the quality of toiletries inside is very good, each room has a separate small water dispenser, you can see the night view of Yongquan at night. The boss service is also first-class, and he personally cooks and sends us a delicious flower armor in the evening. It's really great. Recommended. The ingredients for eating at his house are healthy and green, and the boss grows them himself.

Overall is okay and the design is quite updated. The originally booked room type was not available during check-in so upgraded for free. The breakfast is not buffet service but the door service, however, there's not much choice.

Amazing attention and service. The host is very friendly and helpful. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is also very good. Rooms are very comfortable. There is a bus stop at the hotel entrance.
