„可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。”

„這次因工作出差新密，預訂的星程酒店讓我收穫了遠超預期的體驗。酒店位置十分便利，步行5分鐘可達公交站點，自駕還有免費專屬停車場，拖着行李箱也不用多繞路，去市區商圈和辦事地點都很省時。 辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又高效，主動詢問是否需要安靜的高樓層房間，還細緻介紹了早餐時間和酒店設施。進房後第一印象就是乾淨整潔，床單被罩無異味，衞生間乾濕分離做得徹底，洗漱用品是品牌款，用着放心。床品軟硬適中，我這種睡眠淺的人也能一夜安睡，房間隔音效果超讚，完全聽不到樓道噪音，加班處理工作時特別清凈。 第二天的早餐也很驚喜，種類豐富且新鮮，粥品、熱菜、麪點一應俱全，能滿足不同口味需求。退房時工作人員還主動詢問住宿體驗，細節處盡顯貼心。下次來新密，星程酒店絕對是我的首選！”

„無意間定的這家酒店，一下車就被美到了！酒店很大，前院種了超級多多肉，架子上結滿了小葫蘆，各種塗鴉的彩色輪胎，小池塘，金魚，荷花，還有兩衹貓貓可以rua，有一個小型室內遊樂場，孩子很喜歡。後院也是各種花草，多肉，有好幾間木屋，還養了十幾衹孔雀，還有一個室外蹦蹦床，孩子在上面蹦了幾個小時不願意走。 定的親子房，三大兩小睡着很寬鬆，景色也很美，非常贊！”

GGość酒店整體是南洋風的舊夢，雕花門廊，走進去彷彿是一場穿越時空的感官之旅，不張揚於外的奢華，藏於細節之中。 房間裏的佈置也是極有講究的，木質的質地沉穩，藤編的元素隨處可見，陽光透着半遮的窗簾灑進來，虛虛實實地落在木地板上。超大空間慵懶又優雅，最難得的是那份鬧中取靜的安穩。酒店位於溱洧水城東北角，在房間就能看到水城的夜景，很是喜歡呢！

GGość本來訂房的時候看見評分5.0覺得應該很不錯吧，帶着八個月大的寶寶和爸爸媽媽，但是去了之後本應該下午兩點入住，説房間沒打掃好，等到兩點四十才入住這是第一點。第二點：入住以後廁所地面上有毛，浴缸裏也有毛，還有很大一片水漬，客廳茶几下面也是頭髮，反饋過後，送來了一份西瓜説不好意思，一會再打掃一遍，結果晚上從溱洧水城回來十點多了，想泡泡澡睡覺，結果一抹浴缸還是灰，當時心情就不好了，反饋的時候已經説帶的有孩子打掃乾淨一點，結果回來還是臟的。不過，最後前台來打掃和消毒了。第三點：洗澡沒有拖鞋。第四點：廁所反味比較嚴重，睡一夜第二天早上一進廁所超級味。第五點：馬桶更不想説了坐上去先沖水，濺的屁股上都是。第六點：空調，很不好調，最低風速還是很大，調到28度吹到身上還是直涼，很不舒服，沒辦法夜裡開了30度的製冷。第七點：房間很潮濕，很難受，因為外面有水系。反正帶小娃的避雷吧。我覺得既然民宿環境打造的這麼好，希望衞生設施可以跟得上。

GGośćI've stayed at the Cheered three times now, since 2018, and I'm always happy to return. First off: the hotel has the very best breakfast service I've seen anywhere. It's worth staying just for that, but secondly, the whole hotel itself is a great experience. The lobby is eye candy, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and my rooms have always been very comfortable and clean. I like Xinmi and I have friends there, so I always enjoy my visits, but I also just look forward to getting back to the Cheered.
