„The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right.
The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing.
I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.”

„Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. MMaking Stuff, Going Places on YouTubeA fantastic stay! The hotel is very new and in excellent condition. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in China. Electric curtains, projector and electronic toilet were really nice touches, particularly for the price.
I booked a ground floor room at a low price but they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel with amazing view through 2 huge windows to the mountains. By far the best location I've stayed in so far. Room 666 is the pick of the hotel.
The township is small and quiet, but has enough restaurants and small shops for your needs. The hotel is on the northern end of town and only a 10 min walk to the Baoquan tourist entrance.
The family running the hotel were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to satisfy all your needs. I regret not trying more of their food in house. I had one lunch with them and it was the best food I had during my stay.

The rooms were updated, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to China and would highly recommend to anyone!

The owner’s wife is an excellent cook, and the meal portions are generous; I had to request a smaller serving as I couldn’t finish a full portion. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring I had enough to eat and advising me to avoid unsafe areas at night. On my departure day, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station and he requested the staff at the ticket counter to assist me to board the correct bus. Overall, their care adds a personal touch to my experience in Guoliang village.

Wwaitaged每次自駕回程都要落腳在胖東來，許昌新鄉的每家店都去過了，三胖新開，周邊沒有理想的住宿場所，最後挑了這裏，停車方便，房間比較大、設施齊全衞生。特別意外的是酒店有免費的班車接送去胖東來，而且提供的礦泉水是温的，直接喝正合適。
唯一不滿意的是，我是華住會會員，沒在華住會app上訂，在攜程上訂的，就不能享受華住會會員贈禮。

XXinzongzhuanshu首先第一次來新鄉，也是為了來胖東來，這個店的位置還是離小胖很近的，步行就可以，很方便，來之前也考慮了很多很多的店，最終也是因為新店開業不久才選的它，其次是這裏的服務與人品是我萬萬沒想到的，我也住過很多城市的酒店（包括漢庭以及華住會旗下很多），再高大上的也不過如此，我覺得她們的服務不是全部的為了工作，而是在用心和人相處，她們是從前台到衞生的每一個人，她們讓我住在這裏很舒心，也很願意和她們相處，我認為我很有潔癖以及在衞生方面很在意，但是來到這裏第一次讓我和我踏下心來安心的住。酒店的管理以及服務肯定是有要求的，如今也更多得都去學習東來大哥的品質，我覺得學衹是一方面，員工做到位又是一方面，再強大的管理也不如有一羣自覺的員工，而她們做到了，我甚至覺得比我去胖東來做的都好，領導看到應該嘉獎她們每一個人，因為他們不是你管出來的，這是內心她們自己的品質。（好評是他們更願意看到的，發自內心的評價是我個人願意我她們做的）感謝23、24、25這三天每一位仙女。有機會還會光臨。

Was not able to get a taxi for 10 minutes or so. The lady at the reception personally dropped me to the station in get car which was about 5km away.
