„第一次來遵義 感覺不錯 進入酒店 大堂高大明亮 前台小伍小姐姐的微笑服務現在還記憶猶新 房間大慨三四十平米 衞生點贊 我還特意檢查了一遍房間 乾淨整潔 客房服務員那個好像叫任敏的大姐看見我有點感冒 特意多給了我兩瓶水 説多喝水 早日康復之類的話 實話實説有種回到家的温馨 總之很滿意 房間還有一份歡迎果 下次還來這家酒店”

„酒店在遵義豪華榜單上，首先工作人員態度服務是5分，員工努力，春節太忙也很疲憊似的；其次房間沒內設施、床墊被子等還是很不錯。但是，也有一些明顯不足，不知道啥原因比如門口就沒見着保安引導，因停車場入口不明顯，諮詢衹能去前台，然後得去前面紅綠燈路口大調頭回來，還有人再次走錯；地下車庫入户沒任何裝飾樸素是對的，但四部電梯不能聯動，兩邊都按？其他的硬件不要説不能和開元貴州飯店比，和常青藤鳳凰比都有差距，服務差距更大，估計是成本問題。好在價格便宜一些説的過去，但排在豪華榜上似乎有些勉強。”

„Toilet bowl was rocking when sat on. Shower water temperature changes during use, as water pressure increases or decreases, temperature changes a lot. Tap water pressure too strong with slight increase in volume. Fridge does not work even after request to change it.”
