The perfect hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh with all the entertainment only minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel is very nice and room are very well designed. Staff is very friendly and food in the skyward is very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for business or holiday travel in Phnom Penh.

The hotel has a great ambient, nice minimalistic modern design and all the hotel staffs are pleasant and nice. We had a great time staying and will come back again whenever back to Phnom Penh again. Location is great, a short walk to the King’s Palace and by the riverside promenade. The roof top restaurant has a great view. The food quality serves are good.

Jestem na 28. piętrze. Widok jest niezrównany, a lokalizacja dogodna. Do NagaCorp jest pięć minut spacerem. Ochrona naziemna jest godna pochwały, jednak małe zaplecze jest nieco wadliwe basen i sauna są zatłoczone bezczynnymi ludźmi, więc mogę tylko na nich popatrzeć. Ekran wanny w pokoju jest zepsuty. Zegar w pokoju zawsze wskazuje 10–10 minut. Nawet telewizor musi zostać wyczyszczony personel został poproszony o przyjście do pokoju trzykrotnie w celu dostosowania ustawień, ale nadal nie może oglądać chińskiego kanału? Rzeczy poprzednich gości nie zostały wyczyszczone pod szafką RTV. Czy w pokoju ciągle miga światło? Wyposażenie sprzętowe jest doskonałe, ale od wyniku można odjąć niewielki brak nadzoru ze strony kierownictwa. Być może jestem wybredny, ale zatrzymam się tam ponownie, kiedy przyjadę do Phnom Penh, i mam nadzieję, że uda się to poprawić.

Mieszkał w Ostro od 19 do 21 marca. Mieszkał bardzo przyjemnie. Moje jedyne skargi to, że w pokoju nie było lodówki i prysznic miał mały przepływ wody. Byłem na usługi recepcjonistą nocą Front Office. Była bardzo przyjazna dla mojej przyjaciółki & ja, nawet traktowała nas na szklankę piwa w ostatniej nocy. Dzień recepcjonistka była również bardzo przyjazna i przywitała się z uśmiechem za każdym razem. Takie gesty sprawiają, że wracam do takich zakładów! Cheers, Koala

Ten hotel znajduje się w samym sercu miasta, blisko wszystkiego. Jest z dala od Main Street, więc jest spokojnie i pogodnie. Jest piękny basen/restauracja z oszałamiającym widokiem na miasto. Śniadanie było pyszne, bufet, cappuccino i dania jajeczne robione na zamówienie. Gorąco polecam pobyt tutaj i na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie.

Hotel Aurea Delight to naprawdę super wygodne i komfortowe miejsce na pobyt. Pokój był czysty, łóżko bardzo przytulne, a wszystko było przyjemne i świeże. Personel był przyjazny i łatwo się z nim współpracowało, zawsze służąc pomocą w razie potrzeby. Dodatkowo, lokalizacja jest świetna, blisko Central Market i bardzo łatwy dojazd. Przyjemny i spokojny hotel w tej cenie. Zatrzymałbym się tam ponownie!

One of the only good things about this hotel is its great location. We booked a room with a window ( for an extra fee). Upon check-in we were informed that there is no room with a window available and that if we don't like the room we can request a room change. The receptionist offered no apology as if it is normal to get a room without a window even if you have paid for it. Since we arrived at 8pm we had no option but to accept it. No compensation in any form was offered. The next morning we requested a room change because the room stank of sewage. It was one of the worst rooms I had stayed in my life. The room was dirty and smelly, the walls looked as if they hadn't been painted for a decade and the furniture and bed were in need of renovation. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms but again no compensation was offered. The second room was a bit better.

The pod size is good enough and it's clean. The room environment is comfortable. The toilet is clean. the hostel location is easy to find. My overall experience is great here.

Location is away from the Tiverside. Predominately Chinese area. Room has no windows but for a night or two is fine. Breakfast ok. It is a buffet and has a variety of options. Not bad for the price. If you don’t mind most of the area is catered for Chinese patron’s.
