The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.”

„Ostatnio miałem okazję pobyć w Adena Beach Resort, i szczerze okazało się to naprawdę odświeżające ucieczkę. Największą spektaklą jest zdecydowanie prywatny plaża. Obudzenie się do dźwięku fal i zdolność do pieszego pieszo do plaży rano jest czymś, czego nie dostajesz wszędzie. Plaża była czysta, spokojna i idealna do powolnego ranka spaceru podczas wschodu słońca. Pokoje były wygodne i dobrze utrzymane, z relaksującym widokiem, który sprawia, że czujesz się jakbyś naprawdę na przerwie z miasta. Sama kurort ma spokojną atmosferę nie zbyt zatłoczone, co sprawiło, że pobyt jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Inną rzeczą, którą doceniłem, była przyjazna i pomocna pracownicy. Od check-in do check-out, obsługa czuła się ciepła i przyjemna. Małe gesty z zespołu naprawdę sprawiły, że pobyt był bardziej przyjemny. Jeśli szukasz spokojnej plaży ucieczki w Pahang, zwłaszcza w pobliżu Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort jest zdecydowanie warto rozważyć. „Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better.”

„The studio unit located at the lower level, easy access to car park, but still have to use stairs/lift to go to the designated parking at upper level. Check out during peak hours and not easy to get the lift access. The agent called and sent message to remind the check out time. Good and lucky they consider a little bit late check out due to the heavy traffic at lift as well as parking area. Overall the building/environment is ok, but the pool decks seems need an improvement.”
