„The hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day.”

„The hotel is in a great location, just next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. The breakfast buffet is delicious. However throughout the whole stay, we have dealt / met more than 5 staffs and didn't feel welcomed. Only 1 of them greeted us and put on a smiling face. They served welcome cookies when we checked in but only 1 for each room.”

This is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅

Excellent experience this time. Check in process is fast, smooth and received a room upgrade (maybe as we stayed here before too). Much appreciate it! Room is clean, comfortable, the upgraded room has business corner with all the needed stationeries and high quality harman kardon entertainment speaker too. Hotel is directly connected to the Sunway Pyramid, conveniently located in the center of Subang Jaya easy for food, shopping.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

Room was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. Thank you for your time and understanding.

To dość dziwne, aby znaleźć lokalizację, gdy pin ”Mossaz suite”. Musisz znaleźć Empire City, to jest łatwiej znaleźć pobyt. Lift czeka długo i wymaga dużo cierpliwości 😐. Sprawdzanie i wyjazd jest gładkie i szybkie. Kiedy przyjechałem, było kosz przed drzwiami i miał tylko 1 ręcznik. Ale wtedy, poinformowałem recepcjonistę, działa szybko, aby oczyścić i zapewnić nam ręcznik. Basen jest duży i dobry. Zobacz także ładny widok. Ogólnie jest dobry, ale doceniam, jeśli problem z windą może być poprawiony 🫡

An air-conditioning pipe leaked, and the room was sorted of flooded when we arrived in the room. Had to spend time clearing the water. Lousy way to start the stay. The room is overall OK, just a tad old.

Nice location, especially convenient if you’re attending a wedding dinner on the same building. The hotel room is clean and in good condition, though the TV wasn’t functioning during my stay. The only major downside is the lift service — it’s confusing and makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
